The Tree House was cozy, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed conversations and relaxation on the deck among the trees, all while cozy on the comfortable patio chairs. The tram to the lake front was awesome. We needed a place on Canandaigua Lake that allowed us to have an event. The tree house was perfect! Our family gathered there, along with our daughter’s bridesmaids, to enjoy the beautiful view of Canandaigua Lake while soaking in the sounds and sights of the forest. Thank you for sharing your tree house with us.
It helped make dreams come true.

I booked this venue for a get together with my family and some family friends totaling about 12 people.
We had a wonderful time. The view from the deck is wonderful and the outdoor space really allowed us to enjoy the summer weather. The beach was wonderful, though if you choose to take the stair be prepared there are a lot of them. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and using the kayaks that were provided (there were 7) we had 4 of them in the water at one point.
We really enjoyed our stay. It really facilitated out annual get together.

Christine welcomed us and made our stay possible. Her home is delightful and we enjoyed our weekend very much. Beautiful property. We hope to return again next year. Thank you, Christine

10 ladies and we enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing. Lots of stairs to beach but worth it, great views. Property owner was quick to respond to questions.

The house was not clean, the house claims to have 6 bedrooms and there were 3 on the main floor and a loft and so I feel that is inaccurate description of what to expect. Also the host accused of of damaging property which we didn’t do. Also they didn’t provide any garbage cans for the trash and they wanted to charge us a fee for not hauling out the garbage. It was an absolutely beautiful location and could have been a wonderful place to stay if it was managed better.

Our golf ladies go on an annual golf trip, and this year we chose to stay at the Treehouse on Canandaigua Lake. The view from the outside deck is spectacular and the kitchen table gave us space enough for us to enjoy a wonderful dinner together. We enjoyed our stay! We would recommend it to others as well.

The deck is the highlight of this home. It was large enough for our whole group of 17 to hang out. The lake area is also a wonderful spot to dock a boat, swim, and skip rocks. It was nice to have some kayaks and life jackets available for use. The walk back up to the house is a little tough, but worth it! Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs in the house too! We had a great time and would definitely recommend the treehouse!

Great family vacation fun. Hostess was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Beautiful view of the lake.

This was a perfect house for family and friends to get together. There is plenty of space inside to accommodate a large group. The best part of this house is the outdoor space. The deck is beautiful with seats for everyone and a spectacular view. The lake access is perfect for enjoying during the day and the hot tub was perfect for winding down at night.

Such a great place to stay. There were 10 older ladies and we navigated the interior and exterior easily. When the sun shone we spent our time on the fabulous deck warmed by the flames of the firepit gazing at the fantastic views of the lake and surrounding vista. The three levels worked out perfectly. Being older we thought we'd have a problem with the spiral staircase but it was actually fun, and the top floor with all the beds turned out to be really comfortable and gave those of us who shared an opportunity to forge deeper connections. The property and private and serene, and the 200 steps to the lake served as a great way to exercise a couple of times a day. Christine and her family are wonderful hosts, attending to our every need with grace. We're already planning our next retreat here and look forward to another amazing weekend in 2023

Definitely recommend staying here. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely lake front property . Lovely deck . Inside - not so nice . Bathrooms have barn doors that don’t stay shut . The kitchen is tiny . The spiral staircase up and down is absurd for a place that is supposed to be kid friendly with accommodations for 18 or so it says in the ad. We had 6 people staying and it seemed cramped .The third level has multiple beds with no bathroom at all - like a creepy orphanage. The tram is broken with rusty rails obstructing the access to the stairs down to the lake .but the outdoors is the saving Grace

Great lake house. House was pretty stocked. Some things I may have overlooked or were not listed such as the upstairs loft with the most amount of beds is not a dog friendly stair case, hence the tree house but hard to tell from pics. The steps at the bottom of lake are not kid friendly and or very safe. The game room sleeper is not comfy and was somuch colder the rest of house and noisy whenever anyone used water it ran. Then some up keep things....Hot tub was not clean and need to be weed wacked around area. Overall we had fun and made it work. Lake was beautiful and nice dock. Some weeding needs to be done by lake too to get to the beach though, which is shale not sand. Thanks for great time.

With a multi-generational family of 12, we had a good 3 nights at this place. The beds were comfortable and bedding adequate. Our daytime interest was in Manchester/Palmyra/Waterloo involving some driving.
We had a hard time finding the entry from the paved road in the dark. The driveway is semi-graveled and a bit steep. The numbering sequence was misleading, but could be easily improved.
The kitchen was serviceable with gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, and adequate utensils and table settings. the dining table handled 10 with the old man and the baby off-table.
This is an older beach house, not on the beach, with a long. steep, stair access to the water. The kayaks were fun, used by some. The hike up and down was challenging and invigorating for young and old. The front window view through the trimmed trees out onto and across the lake was lovely.
The house infrastructure, water, sewer, HVAC needs attention. The potable water, reported holding tank with pump temporary, appears acceptably refillable permanent, with some sediment in one of the tanks. The septic system is estimated at best to be sized for perhaps only 6 - 8 occupants max, with an undersized septic tank (leakage at the flooded top noted) and transfer pump to drainfield system, hence the signage to hardly use the two potties. ("If it's brown, flush it down. If it's yellow, let it mellow.") Conclude that the septic tank needs to be re-sized to advertised occupancy and transfer pumps need to be sized to meet a peak instantaneous load of tubs and clotheswasher as well as toilets. The drainfield or holding tank for pumpout size is an engineering question.
The HVAC is a nice propane fired furnace for heat with condensing unit AC. There is a problem with the summer air balance as the lower level overcools while the upper level undercools, the thermostat being in the middle, locked at 72 deg F, and not knowing up or down.
It rained one morning, noted roof water spilling over the gutter onto the deck at the main entry door. Observing gutter leaf guards, assume some leaves in place as a shield over the gutter guard.
The only staircase (spiral up and down) in the three story home is tight and narrow, a belly tickler for the rotund and a concern for toddlers. It made luggage handling difficult from the main level.
We never did find the password for the internet wifi for the house.
Summary: Nice time, loose ends, 10 - 12 people max.
