זרם טוב במקלחת, בריכה מהממת, צוות ניקיון מקסים

I'll not be back.

The room is very large and the beds are comfortable the view from the room is interesting

Our room was extremely far from the beach, about 2km, although the hotel is marked as beachfront, as the hotel room is spread over a huge territory. The room was large, however, the air conditioner was awful, if you open the balcony door or return to the room you now need to wait several hours until it becomes cool. The key has to be placed in its socket to operate the electricity, so when you go out, there is no battery charging and no aircon, as they give only one key. The staff is bad, when we asked to fix the air conditioner, they said they'd fixed it although they didn't, having the same weakness problem, and when telling them it's not fixed, they offered us to leave the hotel, while it was already evening, knowing that our booking was made 2 months in advance in the high season where there are no alternatives. There are shuttles of golf cars, from the resort to the beach, but there is a lot of waiting to do

שירות בין הגרועים שנתקלתי, התבקשנו לשלם אקסטרה כסף על מיטה לחברה שהצטרפה אלינו לחדר ברגע האחרון וקיבלנו מזרון על נישה שהייתה בחלון. החדר היה ממש מרוחק ולוקח סביבות השבע דקות רק לרדת לרחוב הראשי שזה בפני עצמו ממש מבאס. באחד הלילות לא היו מים חמים ופשוט אין עם מי לדבר שם! שאר הלילות פשוט המים או היו רותחים מדי או קרים פתאום באמצע… הצוות לא נעים בכלל ובסוף לאחר כל התקלות שהיו לנו איתם בצק אאוט הם ניסו לעקוץ אותנו ולהגיד שחסר מגבת למרות שכל המגבות כמובן נשארו בחדר. בקיצור, לא מומלץ להתקרב. לא שווה את התמורה שמקבלים. מטיילת הרבה בתאילנד ולא נתקלתי בחיי בשירות כזה מזעזע הם פשוט לא נחמדים ולא אכפת להם משום תלונה.

Naar verhouding dure locatie, wel mooi onderhouden complex, vriendelijkheid van personeel mist.

Het park is prachtig en goed onderhouden. Het is fijn dat je gebruik kan maken van de golfkarretjes die je ophalen en terug kunnen brengen. (Onze kamer lag boven op heuvel) De kamer is ruim met aparte zitkamer wat heel fijn is

De sfeer in het restaurant en receptie is heel gehaast en niet echt vriendelijk. Het is duidelijk dat het erg druk is en ze op volle toeren draaien. Wat het ook onpersoonlijk maakt. In het restaurant worden veel feesten gegeven waar je last van kan hebben als je vlakbij zit. Wij hadden kamer verder afgelegen. In de kamer geen last. Wel als je buiten op het balkon zit. Het is niet een plek om de rust op te zoeken

Hôtel sympa

L'hôtel se situe au bord de la plage de Sairee Beach, mais le complexe est très grand, il faut beaucoup marcher et ça monte beaucoup pour accéder à la chambre (et avec la chaleur c'est très fatigant). Ils ont mis au point des systèmes de voiturette de golf sur la deuxième partie de l'hôtel, mais il faut tomber dessus quand on souhaite rentrer dans sa chambre. Nombreuses piscines, certaines sont occupées par l'école de plongée durant la journée. Petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix. Les chambres pourraient être rafraichies. Emplacement sur la plage de Sairee Beach très chouette.

Les montées pour accéder à la chambre (malgré la voiturette de golf pas toujours dispo)

Really enjoyed my stay and already looking to return again.

We stayed in the dorm that Ban’s have. It was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed being able to use the pools on site. Felt like staying in a resort however within our budget.

The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and they could have done with space to put shower items.

Ok. 3/5 stars.

Good location. Free transfer to the pier on check out.

Resort is too big for staff to take care of you personally. Reception is at the very bottom near the beach with my room being a 20 minute walk up hill towards another site. The pools were for scuba lessons and not for public swimming/lounging.

All-In-One Paket zum Tauchen

Das Resort ist überall wirklich sehr gut mit 3m tiefen Pools ausgestattet. Bei unserem Zimmer am "L-Building" gab es direkt am Pool ein gutes Café mit sehr sehr nettem Personal. Unser Zimmer war zwar oben am Berg gelegen, zum Tauchen wurden wir aber auf Wunsch gern von einem Golfcart-Shuttle mit unser Ausrüstung einfach und bequem zum Strand gebracht.

Voor deze prijs ok maar verwacht niet teveel

Prima locatie, niet duur en fijne ligbedjes en parasols bij het zwembad. Ligt direct aan het strand, dat is fijn.

De kamer was niet echt schoon. Ook is de badkamer vrij onhandig ingedeeld met de douche in het midden waardoor de vloer volledig nat is na het douchen.

Bien situé avec plusieurs piscine. Location de scooter et laverie pour le linge sur place et efficasse

Trop de monde au petit déjeuné, oppressant dès le matin. Salle de bain trop humide. Climatisation au dessus du lit, je suis tombé malade

Dejligt hotel ved stranden Vi skulle ikke have dykkercertifikat men nød nærhed til stranden gode pools og god restaurant og strandbar Mange søde unge mennesker men også familier med børn og ældre par Dejligt med gratis transfer til og fra færge

Vi havde en dejlig terrasse men brugte den ikke da der var en del myg

Wen der Partylärm nicht stört tolles Hotel

Zentral gelegen, das war zwar toll, aber dadurch ist es auch laut gewesen. Sauberkeit war echt gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Dadurch dass es so zentral liegt, hatten wir leider auch den Lärm der Bars.. das konnten wir „ertragen“ aber die Feierleute die um 4 Uhr nach Hause kamen und noch weiter Party machten waren echt störend. Frühstück haben wir nur 1x eingenommen, weil das viel zu lange gedauert hatte.. das Omelett war kalt als man beim Kaffee angekommen sind (Kaffeemaschine fiel immer aus) nachgelegt wurde auch nicht, wenn was leer war .. schade

Good location, close to center. Good breakfast

Ac dripping, staff service was unclear at best, noise from close by gym. Did not refill basic things like toilet paper.

El desayuno me pareció muy rico todo, faltó algo más de fruta y leche vegetal, ya que no puedo tomar otra

Solo lo cogí para una noche pero lo único malo que puedo decir es que las habitaciones de la parte de arriba están en cuestas y es un poco latazo tener que llamar a recepción para que vengan a recogerte si no quieres subir andando. Pero si alquilas moto eso se evita… ;)

Extremely average, too many negatives, won’t be back. I’ve stayed in 2 better locations here before.

The location was good despite staying in the jungle house. I read some negative reviews but the golf cart service is great, plus you’re away from the noise of the bars etc.

We booked a “jungle double” which was aided by pictures on booking.com. We were brought to a tiny room elsewhere in the resort which smelled of damp. When we rang reception to explain that this is not what we booked, we were immediately driven on a golf cart to where we were supposed to be, they didn’t need any further explanation from us, it was like they knew they were putting us in a smaller, dingier room. Not off to a great start. The guy in this golf cart who brought us to our new room was very kind and pleasant. Every other employee we met in this resort was rude and unfriendly. No smiling back at you and no response to Khap Khun Ka/Sawadi-Ka. When asking for a cart back to the room etc, you were ignored while a guy continued on his phone and it felt like you were interrupting him/bothering him as he sauntered himself to the cart. We came from a lovely family run hotel in Samui where staff were extremely friendly and cleaning all of the time so this resort was just an unpleasant change. Bans resort felt unclean. I never saw somebody clean around the pool and there was a knife in my room that would require a tetanus shot after use. Image will be included below. It was the general vibe of the place that we got after everything, it was not good. I never leave negative reviews but Bans own so much on this island, diving school, shops, restaurants, a bar, accommodation etc. They have all of this but can’t provide a basic good service to guests. Workers seem unhappy, why is this? It annoyed me how they own so much but can’t do it well. Their Bans shop on Sairee beach for example, one lady behind the counter doesn’t make eye contact with you, let alone smile, say hello, thank you. Is Bans management the issue with this lack of human connection? I don’t know. In saying this, both receptionists upon checking in and checking out were very pleasant. I look for cleanliness as a basic requirement. This resort did not satisfy this requirement and more.

Good

The location was perfect and the pool and facilities were good.

The hotel had a fitness centre however you had to pay to go there so may has well just not be part of the hotel and just a public gym. Room was ok but very old. Also the resultant by the sea the staff were always moody and always on there phones

Noise, no temp water adjustment, shower not separated from toilet so all room get wet including toilet paper, some ants in the room. Not enough electricity sockets
