Palazzo d'epoca nel cuore della città vecchia.

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable beds
No aircon

The location is amazing! In the center of the medival City Perugia. The rooms are also in that style, with an amazing ceiling. The owner is super nice and the staff is talkative and very helpful. Breakfast was simple, tasty and covering all needs and likes. Everything was prepared with utmost care. The bathroom is small.
The internet was just working at the door, not in the rest of the room.

I did not even expect such high quality for this price. The landlady and staff are very polite and helpful.
The apartment is very authentic and is situated in the centre but the area is very quiet..

The location of the hotel is the best aspect about it.
The walls were very thin and one could hear people talking outside. Luckily it was calm in the night, so it was not a big problem.
The breakfast buffet was bad.

Amazing location with amazingly helpful staff all at an excellent price. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Perugia.
The walls were thin and I could often hear people in other rooms and buildings.

Location was great - just a few minutes walk into the main square. The room was huge for just one person but it was nice. The breakfast was a good, typical italian style breakfast.
The bathroom was quite small, but fine for one person.

The location was great and the breakfast was good.
There was no wifi connection in the room and no quilt, just one blanket

Very good location, staff very helpful. Quiet area.
The bathroom could do with a bit of work

Nice location, very good breakfast by Italian budget accommodation standards, nice staff.
Nothing, you should know that there are a some stairs to get to the place though.

Perfect location in the city centre. They even sent us direction how to reach the accommodation. Breakfast was very abundant with bread, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Room was very clean and towels were changed everyday. everything is decorated in vintage rustic style and was lovely lit for the holidays.
Can't complain. Stairs were not as bad as I imagined them to be. Wide and not high, so not difficult to go up lifting baggage in both hands

The owner is a super nice lady, very kind and helpful. She speaks English very well. The accommodation has a perfect location - just a couple of minutes from the main old square, 10–15 min from both train and/or bus station (using minimetro or bus and scala mobile). Our room was spacy and we also took advantage of the adjacent common room. Breakfast was OK. Bathroom was clean, enough of hot water in the shower :-) If we come to Perugia again, Albergo Anna would be our 1st choice. Thank you!!

Very good location in the old part of the city. Very convenient for a walk in the historic part of Perugia. Friendly staff and very good attitude. Rich breakfast. It does not have its own parking due to the specifics of the old town, but we used a public one in the immediate vicinity for a symbolic price for a full day's stay. Using the escalators to reach the historic part of the city gives added convenience.
The hotel is on the third floor in a historic massive building but without an elevator, which is an inconvenience with heavy bags. The room does not have air conditioning but a fan instead, which was not a problem for us, but in high temperatures it can be an inconvenience.

Because of the great location You can walk to all the hotspots in the city center of Perugia. We would definitely book this hotel again next time we are in Perugia!

it’s really cute and comfortable. The dinning room and sitting room are decorated with old furniture so it really gives you that old timey feel. it’s about a 5 minute walk up to Piazza IV November, super great location for the price.

Beautiful old building in the centre of the historic town, very charming atmosphere, and very friendly and helpful staff
4.5
The owner/manager and team were very friendly and helpful! We arrived a bit later than expected due to traffic. Despite the late arrival the hotel had a very warm welcome and also helped reserve a table for our big group at a great pizzeria. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Some were very large and still with the old palazzo atmosphere. The public spaces were also well kept with old antiques and pictures which was quite nice, too. Location is great, as well.
For those sensitive to a lively street scene, it could be a bit loud. But this has nothing to do with the hotel - if one is sensitive, one should find a hotel outside of the city center, as many parts are lively and filled with happy people enjoying the city.
3.5
The hotel was in a great location for the centre.
The people were very nice and helpful and we were able to have our room really early.
The breakfast was not bad.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom small. Needed updating.
No lift which was hard with luggage.
4.5
the location, the staff
breakfast could have more fresh options.

Location
Old stinky bathroom with old pipes in a very old building next to the bed, so you breath and smell that all night long, the entire bathroom needed to be renovated as the entire bed&breakfast, old beds, old mattresses, old moldy room, 4th floor no elevator, travelers have suitcases always,
The old woman has a bad attitude, the keys of the room do not work, the toilet does not work, the entire bed&breakfast needs lots of renovations, it is not in good shape.
2.5
Perfect location but dated , needs lots of TLC
S
4 flights of stairs , no elevator, bad smell from plumming, old and outdated room and furniture, smell of mold
4.5
Very Close to the centre and where all the attractions are
Felt like more like home than a hotel 😊
