We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this SLC property. It is an older home that has been nicely remodeled. The location near the University of Utah is just what we needed for this visit. The home, while small, is very comfortable and clean. The owner was easily accessible and quickly helped with all questions. We will definitely return.

Perfect for a couple. Nice space on 2nd floor for kids. Location super convenient to the U. Great parking. Comfy bed. Bathrooms are tiny. No dishwasher.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was in a perfect location!! The kitchen could have been a little bit better stocked. We ate at the house for almost every meal so I just picked up the things that I needed at the store as far as Tupperware, saran wrap, tin foil, baggies etc. We eat pancakes, French toast and waffles (typical kid stuff) for breakfast and there wasn’t a griddle or waffle iron so we made due using the stove.
There was only one washcloth in the entire home when we arrived but after I contacted the property manager we had some the next day. Beds were comfy, sheets were great. My daughters really enjoyed the loft upstairs as “their room”. I would definitely stay here again. Location couldn’t have been better!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners thought of everything to make this such a fun and successful experience. From the lotion in the bathroom to the soft blanket on the couch to the remote controlled ceiling fans. All these things made our stay so comfortable. The bedding and furniture are so comfortable I’d love to take them home with me!
