Welcome to our classic 3-Season Stoney Lake island cottage, beautifully restored and expanded with wrap-around decks that offer stunning water views in every direction. The cottage boasts a gorgeous long sunset view to the west that will take your breath away.
Food lovers will be thrilled with the modern open kitchen equipped with premium appliances including a Bosch Induction cooktop. The cottage’s boathouse has one of the best decks on the lake with infinity railings and sunrise and sunset views. It also features a small modern kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with views of the water on all sides.
There are two docks on the property, one facing west and the other north, both with clean, deep water. One of the docks will almost always be out of the wind, making it the perfect spot for fishing, swimming or easy docking. A small sandy beach in our protected little bay is ideal for kids to splash around in.
With over 1700 feet of shoreline and complete privacy, this is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and seclusion. The elevated island breeze means there are almost no mosquitoes, and we have no screens, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.
Accessing the cottage is easy, with a short hop (400 meters) by boat to our private landing, adjacent to Crowes Landing docking for your boat, and convenient dock access for loading and unloading.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Convenient parking and boat access available at Crowes Landing including boat dock, boat launch and loading/unloading access dock
Large windows and doors open up the much of the upper level to the decks and views and allow a beautiful breeze to pass through the cottage
BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
Child/elderly friendly
Waterfront:1700 ft
Small protected bay with a small sandy beach perfect for little ones
2 docks – both have dive deep water, weed free off the ends and provide for excellent swimming – ladder for exiting – water is 7 ft at the end of the docks – drops rapidly on west dock and gradually off north dock
Both docks are large enough to hold an 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat
Walk in entry to the water is great for young children and elderly with shallow sand bottom and level access on west facing little bay – no weeds in the swimming area – water shoes not required (only if want to walk on the rocks
The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Massive decks wrap around entire cottage – some covered, some open
Cottage and property are extremely private
Views are dramatic in all directions but most especially to the west – facing the afternoon sun and sunset over open water, and to the north overlooking the largest open part of Upper Stoney
Besides this property (which takes up 85% of the island), there are only 2 other cottages on the island, both at the far end with forest inbetween (there is no noise transmission between them)
