Lovely location right on the beach

A stunning location, overlooking the beach. The apartment was comfortable, and immaculately spotless. The host had left some tea and coffee makings, along with some lovely cakes for our arrival. A wonderful apartment that we unfortunately only had one night in.
Nothing.

The tranquility of this place is just awesome, watching the sun go down over the water was just amazing
This place is so convenient at the beginning or the end of your journey, as its so close to airport

The property was exceptional. It was just what we were seeking after many days on the road.

Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed the location and amenities. The home itself was quite modern and new. Hosts were fantastic, and enabled me to check in early as well as left a little baked treat upon my arrival. Being winter I wasn't able to fully appreciate the water front location to go for a swim/kayak, however, I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the warmer months.
The property is located on the bottom floor of the hosts home so as a quiet solo traveller you can hear a fair bit of noise from upstairs when they are walking around or going about their day. I was also a bit conscious that their balcony/windows overlooked the outdoor seating area. As I was staying in NZ for the FIFA Womens World Cup, access to sports tv channels would have been great, however, the WIFI connection was good enough to pay/access this online.

Very beautiful house with phenomenal views of sea. We enjoyed it so much. Its worth every penny. The host was amazing to deal with. Highly recommended!
There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The space is beautifully appointed. I really appreciated all of the finer details. The view over the water combined with the wonderful interior made for a very relaxing, calming and restorative stay.
Nothing not to like!

I love the fact it was set on the beach and really good water pressure. The hosts were amazing.
Very homely I fell in love and would stay there again anytime.Hands down one of our top 5 places in Auckland if you don't belive me try it!
Only thing was the weather and bed was a little bit hard I'm use to support soft. (My problems tho everyone thinks they are a critic) lol.

The property was lovely and the view was gorgeous, with easy access to the beach. A lovely setting and very lovely hosts who left clear information for us, which included attractions in the area.
Everything was set up for when we arrived and small things - like the towel rack, heaters and underfloor heating being on - made it very welcoming.
The shower has amazing water pressure and the place isn't cold.
The outdoor area is lovely and it was so nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun come up.
I was hoping to have a bath but couldn't work out if I was doing something wrong, or if the mixer had been altered to prevent the bath from being filled (that said, it wasn't a big enough issue for me to ask the hosts about).
A slightly bigger fridge would also be really helpful as we couldn't quite fit everything we wanted in there.
Overall, still fantastic.

Location, lovely views, cosy place, nice owner
The place was very cold, a little heater is not enough when you are by the sea....there was another one in the room, still wasn't warm enough plus another heater panel but didn't make the place warm enough,
There was no sink where the coffee facilities were.
No lights to get down or up the stairs in darkness to access the place.
Still it is a beautiful unit,
