It’s a hotel on a retail park so I didn’t expect too much. It was clean and comfortable, very basic. There was a lovely restaurant next door which was fine to take the kids in upstairs. There was a bar downstairs (beneath the restaurant) with a live DJ set (Saturday night) but we heard nothing from our room at front of the hotel, right next to the bar. Breakfast in a bag - as expected, porridge, water, fruit, croissant Family room £65 - happy with that

Staff pleasant enough and service fine, but it’s a little tired and could have been cleaner. Bathroom fan not working, so smelled a little damp in room too. Bed comfy. Time for a refurb!

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, had booked a family room but on arrival at gine midnight had been allocated a double room, staff quickly changed our room and checked we had everything we needed. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable, breakfast bags a bit naff but lots of ahops locally and cafes for cooked breakfast.

Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were warm but was provided with a fan to mitigate. Easy parking and access. Rooms and accommodation are a little tired but this is reflected in the price point. Would stay again if visiting area for a night or two.

There was a loud Late night pub next door which meant it was very noice in the late evening, the noise was not bad. Staff where great searched for a hard pillow without a fuss also solved. Good budget hotel

Arrived at 2.15am (prior arrangement) and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Slept like a log, such a comfy bed. On checkout, we were given a breakfast bag with goodies in. Again, a very friendly receptionist. Very impressed x

We could hear every step the people above our room made. Floor Boards creaking even when people walked past our room and above us. Wish breakfast was a proper cooked full breakfast. Couldn’t regulate the heating in the room, so it was roasting hot all night. Road traffic very noisy. Some of the staff were lovely.

Really tired and run down. Rooms in desperate need of redecorating. I had to swap rooms as the TV didn’t work. When I advised reception, I was told that it just needed time but the receptionist did have time to sort it and asked if I wanted another room. I moved room, same shabby standard but everything worked.

Arrived late due to travel. Staff was welcoming, and polite. Room was tidy and clean. Super comfy bed. On check out, i needed to make a few calls before leaving, The woman on reception was accommodating, aloud me to sit in the lobby, offerd and took time out to do this and make me the coffee. Would 100% stay again.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel room however was cold, it was extremely noisy on both nights we stopped there. The breakfast to go packs were given to us in small rubbish bags, there was minimal tea bags etc in the room so couldn’t even have more than one cup of tea and was given bottle of water in the breakfast pack. Room was shabby as well. Hairdryer wasn’t even pat tested.

Great value for money, hotel is ready for a face lift but still very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Good location with nearby shops and restaurant / bar. Bed was comfortable and the room quite spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect for a nights stay, stopped in plenty of luxury hotels over the years but we just wanted a comfy place to lay our heads for the evening as we were up seeing some friends. Comfy beds, hot shower, the only slight criticism I would give is you can hear people walking about in the corridor which would indicate the walls are a little thin, but we didnt have a sleepless night, and the beds were comfy.

Your horrible site did not allow me to correct a mistake and now,when my wife goes into hospital I can no longer afford to be near her.The hotel is an even bigger disgrace as it Blamed you in its reply to my review.... At the same time, your horrible call center was blaming them!If anything happens to my wife and I cant be close... I will hold this against you forever.
