All hues of the color green are subtly incorporated in the decor of this themed estate.

Gleaming black granite countertops, jade-green wood cabinets, geometric onyx tile backsplash, brushed gold fixtures, and grand windows with green-gold velvet curtains are features of this themed kitchen.

Sip your coffee and nibble croissants at the curved, black-granite kitchen island with breakfast seating for four below elegant vintage chandeliers. State-of-the-art, stainless steel kitchen appliances include; a french door fridge with icemaker, electric range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

The living room has a linen loveseat, nicely arranged around a Smart TV, coffee table, and bookshelf, beside grand windows with ocean views. The second floor has one bedroom and 1.5 baths. There’s a half-bath off the kitchen, decorated with black and gold, vintage wallpaper with geometric print tigers and arced lines of Sahara grasses.

A divine queen bedroom features a wall-mounted Smart TV,  large closet, crushed velvet green-gold bedspread and curtains, grand coastal windows, an ensuite bath with vanity, and a walk-in glass door shower featuring black and white geometric tile. This bedroom has beautiful French doors that open out to a balcony with coastal views.

Third/Top Floor:

Bedrooms & Baths

The primary suite is located on the third floor. This glamorous bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with a tufted headboard, jade green chenille bedspread, and matching period nightstands and lamps. A unique shadow box frame in the primary suite contains an authentic 1920’s era fringed and beaded flapper dress, just the style that Daisy, Jordan, or Myrtle might have worn to Jay Gatsby’s extravagant parties. The primary suite has beautiful French doors that open out to a balcony with gulf views. The perfect place to sip your French-press coffee.

The ensuite primary bath offers a true spa experience, with striking black wallpaper with gold geometric designs, white marble floors, and white marble double-sink vanity with gold fixtures. A sparkling white oversize, claw-foot soaking tub stands elegantly below a dazzling starburst chandelier. Wash away your stresses in a bubble bath with infused rose oils, or enjoy a steamy shower in the gleaming, jade green, custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The children’s bunk bedrooms are also located on the top/third floor. Both of these children’s bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and two sets of twin bunk beds. These charming bunk bedrooms share access to a French floral style bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. There’s also a small, children’s balcony with a charming cafe-style table, off the third floor. It's the perfect spot for sophisticated tea parties or afternoon snacks.

Our family trip was fantastic. The quick walk to the beach was exactly that, a quick walk. Communication with the property owners was very good. We would definitely stay again.

This property is so beautiful. Most definitely could do better with the up keep as in the cleaning. I had an issue with the cleanness of the house, but the owner sent someone out really quick. However I didn’t want to have a whole cleaning crew over my family so I cleaned it myself and in exchange the owner gave me a late check out. The 3 levels was a lot definitely when the elevator can’t be used that was a big take away I have knees problem so if your older and or not in shape this is not the house for you. Because they have a lock door on the elevator doors.

This property has the potential to be a 5 star property, but misses the mark in our opinion. The one strong positive is that the location is perfect. The concerns (if you truly want an upscale experience that this property boasts) are as follows: The management company is very communicative, however some of the minor issues that could have been resolved actually weren't during our stay - the frequent communication felt like a very polite stalling tactic in order to solicit a good review. To start, an extra non-negotiable deposit is requested after paying for the stay and before checking in. I was caught off guard by this. Secondly, the theme of the design is nice, but several critical updates need to be made (the front door didn't work, the dishwasher didn't work and the numbers on the stove eyes had faded, a TV in a guest room didn't work/was cracked and the vent light on the stove didn't work and most frustratingly, we couldn't get the gaming consoles to work because of the firewall). These are items that I'd expect to be in working order with this type of investment. There needs to be ceiling fans throughout the property (this townhome may feel like a hot box in some areas). Lastly, I am not sure whether it was because of the lack of screen doors, or if the cleaning crew left the doors open, but there were dozens of mosquitoes and gnats of some sort in the property. My family had unspecified bites that are still healing a week later.
