Immaculately renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.
The primary bedroom of this 843 sqft unit has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a rain shower/tub combo. The living room Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa sleeps two guests on a comfortable queen mattress. The full kitchen has all stainless appliances with an open-concept living and dining room. In addition, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system in all rooms for ultimate comfort.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*
*PETS: ALLOWED with a $50 pet fee and two pet max per unit. (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $500 fine.*

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):
Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
## Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in. In addition, we have a dedicated hospitality department in case of emergencies.

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.
Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

The condo is cute and clean, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you so choose. Walking distance from State Street. It was exactly what we needed while in town visiting family.

This residence is almost brand new. Appointed excellently. Well located, walkable to all downtown Santa Barbara sites the online description talks about noise we had none but we’re there a Monday-Tuesday and the building and parking lot were not full.

The rental was better than we expected. Fully stocked with items we may have forgotten. The parking was always available however it is a one way entry and exit. I loved the proximity to State St and it felt safe walking at night around the neighborhood. The place was very clean and all of my guests were beyond impressed. I would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay and liked having room to spread out with separate bedrooms and bathrooms from our kids. Very convenient with downtown SB and a beautiful park within walking distance. Clean and modern. Appreciated the board games, as well as the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.

Very good value. Location is excellent. A couple of blocks from state street where lots of good restaurants. Close to Santa Barbara art museum. Place looks like pictures in the website, clean, modern. 4 Tesla chargers which is convenient. Good kitchen supplies and new appliances.

This is a very upscale property. Beautifully decorated fully equipped right down to the Nespresso coffee maker and pods. They think of everything! It just a beautiful suite with a high end hotel feel to it. Nice amenities in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Marble countertops. Lovely dishes and glasses. Washer and dryer. The staff is just a text away and VERY attentive. I truly mean this is a 5 star property. I would recommend it to anyone especially couples. Suite 13 is outstanding!

Great location within walking distance of State Street. Quiet, clean with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Not so great: Couch is very uncomfortable and will not seat 4 adults. Need to add lightweight blankets as an alternative to heavy overly warm comforter. Much better than a hotel but with a few enhancements could be terrific.

This property is so clean with lots of room for two adult couples. Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of shops and eateries and a gorgeous park just up the street. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We had a little trouble figuring out the thermostat as it was off when we arrived and very cold, but other than that, the condo was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It appeared as if we were the first people to stay there but I know we weren’t. The apartment is within walking distance to State Street and the Santa Barbara Bowl. This place is smartly decorated, immaculate and comfortable. The only criticism is the ice. The ice cube trays are these tiny round cubes that are difficult to get out of the tray. More and bigger ice would be nice! Overall, though, fantastic!

An absolutely beautiful two bedroom unit close to downtown. We loved the attention to details, with new appliances, comfortable beds and overall a beautiful place to spend time in. My wife made the comment, if we could move in for the entire summer!! Checkin and checkout was a breeze. No hidden fees, costs or anything. Extremely clean. All our desired restaurants were less than a mile away. Very quite. 3 TVs, washer / dryer, two full size bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Thank you Zipstay team. We’ll be back!!!
