Best hotel near Kansai airport. Hotel located right next to train station. Excellent service, friendly staffs. Very new hotel. Best onsen especially the one outfoor.

Young staff members can’t speak English well, and treated me in an unkind way by talking each other in Japanese and asking themselves “Korean?“ (not to me) and sighing before me, when i asked about the payment of the accommodation tax. The basic attitude training looks definitely necessary. They didn’t appear that they have a professional spirit as hotel workers.

Great location right outside Izumisano Station. Convenient if you are arriving late, or leaving early at KIX. Would definitely stay there again.

"Welcome drink" serve to 11pm ! Good for late-check-in people, feel warm welcom !! Very good location !! Just 20 steps after you leave train station ! Good for people to take early flight or arrive kansai airport very late!!

Wife and I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. Flying into KIX, the hotel is right outside of Izumisano station, which is just two stops down from the airport station. The area itself is extremely quiet, clean and convenient. Not only do you have immediate access to a 7-11 right outside the hotel, but you have nearby shopping areas in every direction. Outside of your immediate proximity, walking a mile in either direction will give you a different feel for the neighborhood, and each area is safe and walkable (or bike-able!). Would definitely stay at REF Kansai again just for how convenient it was. The room itself was incredibly clean and simple, albeit smaller than what we’re used to in Western countries. The staff was kind and respectful, and they spoke pretty good English when it was necessary. Hotel amenities included a great early-morning breakfast (paid but affordable), massage chairs, laundry service and its own onsen! If you require anything for the room (again, it’s much smaller and simpler than you might be used to), don’t be afraid to ask the staff.

Very clean and new hotel. The single room is very small but that’s Japan. The beds are also comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. When I left my wallet in a cab they even had a message waiting for me that it had been brought to the police station and was waiting for me.

This hotel is just in front of the station that you can cash the train directly to the Kansai airport. If you have the early morning flight, I highly recommend to stay here.
