About this apartment rental
Come and relax in this beautifully decorated, comfy new unit, centrally located in a modest, mature neighborhood that is close to just about everything Boise has to offer.
Built in 2023 this above-garage approx. 600 square foot studio is just the place to land in for your next vacation, business trip, or stop on your journey.
MAIN ATTRACTIONS:
This is spacious studio has a comfortable open sleeping/living concept area, including a queen-size bed with plenty of space underneath to store your luggage, a closet storage, sofa, TV, and full kitchen.
Nine-foot ceilings and dimming, flush mount lighting create a lovely ambiance for any time of day or night. French doors allow you to enjoy a nice open feel and a gentle cross breeze.
FULL BATH:
The modern, tiled shower/bath combo has a deeper than average tub for soaking after a day of work, hiking, biking, skiing, or being on the water, and natural light and a window that opens for fresh mountain air.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen features a nice-size LG refrigerator and microwave/convection combination oven over the Samsung cook-top, full-size dishwasher, open shelving and plenty of storage.
LAUNDRY:
An open laundry area has an LG all-in one washer and dryer unit.
LOVE THE PLANET:
All natural cleaning agents are used wherever possible, as well as laundry detergent sheets. Bleach is used on white towels as needed. I do my best to be as earth-friendly as possible, which includes asking for your help with energy conservation and awareness.
ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire studio above the garage located behind the main house, as well as an outdoor table and chairs.
The coded lock allows easy access and is usable only during the hours of check-in through check-out.
Please park on the street in front of the unit. I try to be respectful and save the spots in front of my neighbors' homes for their use.
Do not park in the driveway as you will block my car in.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Tree-lined, established, older, modest neighborhood located in NW Boise between the foothills and Boise greenbelt. The unit is less than 3 miles to downtown with easy access from freeway (but not close enough to hear the noise) for those passing through. You can bike or walk to downtown to enjoy its many splendors.
Just 2 miles away is Esther Simplot park, where you will find sprawling lawns, relaxing sandy beaches, and water for you to paddle-board, canoe, or anything else you'd like! It's a really fantastic location.
I live in the main house on the property which I purchased 11 years ago and have found to be very safe. I especially love the location and its proximity to so many attractions. I always suggest that guests do their own research to make sure they understand where the home is located and that it is suitable for their needs and five-stars in advance. Once booked, you can do a map street view to get a better idea of the neighborhood which is established, yet modest.
YOUR HOST:
I am an on-site host who lives in the main house on the property. When I am not traveling, I will be here to answer questions and address any issues.
I may or may not say hello, and will typically only send you a message if I need to communicate something important or am reminding your of house rules; such as not leaving the stairwell light on - they are difficult to replace and I can see them from the main house :)
I will enter the property for emergencies, or visit if I need to speak with you about issues regarding the unit, rules, or neighbor concerns.
GETTING AROUND:
Uber: about $8 to downtown, and $15(ish) to the airport (non-peak).
Close proximity to the greenbelt which offers a lovely walking/biking path into the heart of Boise and beyond.
RESERVATION:
For faster reservation acceptance: When sending a reservation request, please note that you have read and accept the rules (including "additional") and will send IDs within the required time.

The Veterans Park loft worked well for my visit to Boise. The unit is thoughtfully appointed & comfortable. It appears there have been complaints about the outdoor lighting being left on, so the owner is strict about turning off lights. A low level motion activated light or some solar walkway lighting for the guest entry area would greatly improve the access & safety after dark.

I highly recommend this VRBO when in Boise. It’s obvious that great care, decorating and planning went into this accommodation as it was spotless, spacious for two adults and supplied with all the essentials. Communication with the owner was excellent! We will definitely book again on return visits!!

The pictures caught my eye and since my husband always stays out of town in hotels he hates them so I figure something out of a hotel would be much better and my husband and I really enjoyed it, it looked just like the pictures in a quite neighborhood we enjoyed listening to the crickets at night it was so peaceful, Lauren is so sweet and helped me with any questions I had it was super easy check in and out with tons of information, I will definitely be staying here again!

We flew out for a concert and decided to do a VRBO for the trip so we could actually get some rest away from the crowded hotels. This place was perfect. It was still close enough to everything but had its privacy too. It was cute! Clean! Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to access. Communication was on point and we had zero issues with our stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice little place away from the crowds.
