Great Location
10.0 / 10.0
The location was good, being able to drive into Dublin each day. Our stay was short which allowed the apartment to work for us. If we were there for a week or longer it would be difficult due to lack of shelving/drawer space in bedrooms and bathrooms to place unpacked items.
6.0 / 10.0
Good house and location but sparsely equipped. More cooking utensils needed and more cutlery and crockery needed. Lounge equipped for 4 but sleeping for 6. No indication of hot water switch.

Property situated in a new suburb of south Dublin with nice aspect of the Dublin hills
Nicely appointed with good kitchen fixtures
10 min walk to closest tram station and close to a small supermarket
Heating system was a bit complex to get started but worked adequately after some adjustments

The house and location were wonderful. Quick walk to the Luas. The only thing was there was a camera upstairs in between the bedrooms and bathroom. There is no info in the listing about it and it really creeped us out. We ended up taking it off the wall during our stay so we felt comfortable coming out of the shower and going to our bedroom in a towel. We also have a two year old that we didn’t want to be seen naked after his bath. We could understand a camera in a public area to make sure the guests were being truthful in how many people were staying, but upstairs in the private space really freaked us out.

The place is exactly like the photos. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of room. We had to call John when a breaker tripped he was super nice and helpful.
