The location was good. The property was a fair price. Staff were very pleasant.
The room had an overpowering smell, like paint thinners. The bath lining was peeling away. The sheets were not of a good quality. Personally, extra pillows would have been appreciated. The toilet seat was wobbly.

Location
The hotel especially the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. Everything is old and "tatty"
What used to be a good budget hotel is not now.

Good location.
Pretty basic room, but it was expected.

- Great location: close to restaurants, beaches, Central Bus Station (good connection with Airport and Santa Cruz de Tenerife);
- Friendly and polite staff.
- Sometimes in the evening the hot water was only warm

Great hotel for the money. We were very pleased. Great location, in the center, but on a quiet street. The room had a balcony. It was cleaned every day, it was clean enough. A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially the manager Fernando. Thanks to him, the stay at the hotel was very comfortable.
Very noisy at night. Frequent door slamming and loud behavior of other guests disturbed sleep.

the room didn’t quite look like it we were expecting from the pictures they presented us. also the cleaning staff was loud. and so we’re the occupants who had the hobby of slamming doors :)

The location was excellent. Even though it looks out of the way, it isn't and its pretty quiet.

very modern, good sized rooms.
No Wi-Fi during the whole visit and kept lying about it, hotel staff wasn’t always friendly but did always say hello. The tv was very old fashioned with little channels. water pressure on shower low and head fell on friends head twice.

Reasonable sized Room with great views of sea and mountains. Located in a lovely Spanish street in a quiet part of Puerto de la Cruz.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful - Yexenia in particular was absolutely amazing. Offered us personalized recommendations, was so accommodating with taking our bags for us prior to check-in so we could explore, and was always smiling and greeting us when we passed her in the lobby! She singlehandedly made our stay as exceptional as it was.
Absolutely loved the experience! No complaints at all.

Good value for money, very clean and staff was helpful. My room was the 306 and I could see both the sea and the Teide volcano.
Unfortunately in the last day of my stay the internet was unstable and that affected my work. The receptionist was not there when I tried to complain about it, as there isn´t someone by the reception 24/7. Once he arrived if he fixed the problem.

The room and location were perfect for my short stay, the receptionist Yexenia was very attentive and friendly to give me tips where to buy food, to visit and even buses to/ from Laguna. I certainly recommend it to friends!

Loved the location. Could see the sea and the hills in the distance. Near town centre and beach.

Good location, good wifi and friendly staff.
Room was covered in hair and dust, a lot was under the bed when we checked in. Shower is very weak but still warm at least. There was a fan heater but it was broken and only worked on the cold setting. Mattresses need replacing and the whole hotel needs a lick of paint.
