Immaculate modern home in central Coeur d'Alene location! This fully upgraded 2 bed/2 bath home features LVP flooring throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled showers, 3 mini-splits, electric fireplace, a loft office area, and finished garage. Open concept design with plenty of natural light in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within half a mile to Riverstone, Spokane River, Centennial Trail, Kootenai Health, restaurants, shopping, and so much more!

An elementary school field and playground a few blocks away is open to the public. Enjoy main floor living, with the master bed and bathroom on the main floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom plus walk-in closet upstairs. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed.

There's an Apple TV in the living room, and Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom. Live TV through Spectrum is now available. Prime Video and Disney+ included. Use your Netflix, Hulu etc. accounts on our two smart TVs for additional streaming. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard area with a propane firepit, as well as a two-burner Charbroil propane grill.

The two-car garage includes dumbells up to 35 lbs., a yoga mat, and space for bicycles or other items so you can stick to your workout routines while you're away from home. Superb property that our family called home during our vacation. Home was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and the location was excellent. We felt safe that it was incredibly quiet despite having 4 units so close to each other. This unit will be on the top of our visit when we return in 2025!! Sarah was responsive (replied within minutes) and extremely flexible to any asks we had!

This was my and my family's first VRBO stay. The location was very convenient, the address was easy to find and checking in was super easy. However, the space for pullling into and backing out of the garage is tight if you have a bigger vehicle. My husband thinks if we had driven his truck, he would have needed to park out on the street which still would have been fine. The house was very welcoming. I did not realize the second bedroom is located upstairs and again, it was fine, I just missed that somehow in the description. We all appreciated the refrigerator having availability of ice and filtered water...we're so used to staying in hotels where we need to buy bottled water instead.The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet which made it nice for sitting outside in the backyard. I expected it be filled with more noise since its located in the middle of the city. I would love to stay here again and again. Thank you for your hospitality Sarah!

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the quietness of the community, yet it was close to everything in Coeur D’Alene. The house was clean and furnished with all the supplies necessary. We would definitely book here again.

We r Marriott owners n so appreciated the very lovely property n true kindness n thoughtful items placed for use. Sarah does everything exactly right, and the place is modern, clean, and quiet. We were just a couple with our little bulldog. Perfectly located to get to everything. Feels safe and totally secure, and Sarah is super communicative and friendly/helpful. Absolute top rating, no criticisms. Definitely leave your huge pick up at home like others said lol (not an issue for our SUV!).

This home is in a good location to easily get to Riverstone or downtown Coeur d'Alene. It's very comfortable and well equipped. I did have a bit of a challenge getting the great room area warm, but there is a nice fireplace with blower to help

I have never been able to say that 'I will come back to this house next time we're in the area' until now. Great stay! Real cotton sheets, highly appreciated. Comfortable mattresses. Temperature in home well controlled and made our stay comfortable. Sweet sprinkles of great books for young and old in the home. We cook all our meals due to dietary restrictions. Kitchen well supplied with all we needed to cook. Excellent range and dishwasher. Roomy refrigerator to hold all we needed for a 4 night stay. Quality hosting with a sweet surprise of fresh eggs in the fridge.

We wished we’d had more time to truly enjoy this amazing property. Well laid out, with the only shortfall being the lack of any guest parking and the depth of the two car garage; I have a full size truck that we had to park at an angle to close the door. However, this is minor as the property is centrally located with easy access to the beautiful town and a very short distance to all manner of shopping needs. The host communication and even leaving some fresh laid eggs was totally over the top.

We were in town for an event at North Idaho college. The house was perfect for us since we had to go back and forth a bunch. It was a nice comfortable place and so much better than a hotel.

My sister in law and I a stayed at this property for a few days and we absolutely loved it. Very clean with nice furnishings and appliances and well stocked with all the necessities one might need. Loved that it had a garage as we had a rental Jeep and brought our downhill skis, poles and boots with us to go skiing at Silver Mountain and having the garage definitely made life easier for us getting in and out with all our equipment. We would highly recommend this property! Sarah was wonderful and communication was great! Thank you so very much for sharing your property with us.

This is a gem! I want to live in this well-appointed high ceilinged mini-castle!! My daughter was involved in an event at the Coeur d’Alene Resort, we were very close by but had the ability to do laundry, cook meals, and no hassle with elevators or parking. We would love to stay again next time we are in town!

Sarah was a great host and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable but we did have difficulty with the heating unit. The downstairs couldn't get warm enough and the upstairs was sweltering. We were there over New Years so very chilly outside but never could get the indoor temperature comfortable. This is no fault of the owner, but we couldn't get the TV to work. We wanted to watch the regular channels since it was a big football weekend but it was an AppleTV. Unfortunately I am over 60 and do not know how to use the streaming channels. We spent a lot of time on this but finally gave up and went to a local bar. Other than that, the place was very clean & comfortable! Thanks Sarah :)

Perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. Home is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Double garage is awesome in bad weather. Beds are very comfortable, showers are hot and strong, and nice touches like Keurig coffee. Kitchen is a bit light on pots and pans for serious cooking. Awesome place. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing weekend getaway. This property was in an ideal location in Coeur D' Alene, only a 5 to 15-minute drive from everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with any items we needed. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We completely enjoyed our visit to Coeur D' Alene and would book this property again for future visits, if available.

This house was perfect for us! We had two adults and a child and were more than comfortable in it. It was extremely clean and such a cute place! One thing to mention though is that the driveway is shared amongst about four houses and you are required to park in the garage. We were driving a Ram 1500 Crew Cab pickup with a short bed and it barely fit in the garage. If you are driving anything bigger than that, I’m not sure if they allow on-street parking or not, but your vehicle probably won’t fit in the garage. All in all, we would absolutely stay in this house again! The location was great for what we were doing in CDA and the owner was very responsive to all of our messages!
