Located on 4 acres on a quiet backroad, this home has everything you need to enjoy Litchfield County & it’s surroundings. Heat and A/C throughout, 2 fireplaces, 2 flat screen TV’s with AppleTV, extra fridge downstairs, grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor deck, plenty of outdoor space, parking for 3 cars. In the heart of Litchfield County, minutes from Lake Waramaug, wineries, hiking trails, orchards, antiquing, and great restaurants. Enjoy walks on country roads by day & evenings by the fire-pit. 5-10 minutes from some of the best hikes & restaurants (Community Table, Arethusa, and more) Litchfield County has to offer. The house is clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax. A large portion is newly renovated with new furnishings & no clutter.
