Hotel muy recomendable

La amplitud de la habitación y lo cómodas que eran las camas. Además está muy bien ubicado y la oferta de restauración del hotel es muy completa.

Estaría genial que tuvieran SPA (nos comentaron que estaba en construcción).

Instalações e funcionários divinos, mas não me identifiquei com o público que frequenta.

Instalações das áreas comuns, do quarto, do café da manhã são maravilhosas. Além disso, os funcionários são extremamente gentis. A localização é perfeita.

Embora o hotel seja maravilhoso, o tipo dos hóspedes que vi por lá me impressionou. Pessoas muito mal educadas. Um exemplo foi pessoas descendo no elevador e circulando no hotel com música alta no celular. Pela recepção também vi isso. Muito desagradável. A beleza do hotel derrete ao ver este tipo de comportamento dos hóspedes e os funcionários não fazem nada. O hotel tem uma proposta de "venha, relaxe e conecte-se com você e com a natureza", mas os hóspedes são bem estilo reggaeton perreo.

En general me gustó mucho. Hubiera sido perfecto con una mejor habitación.

El hotel es muy lindo, todo está nuevo. El desayuno es muy bueno. El personal muy amable y bien presentado.

La habitación que nos dieron tiene un closet pequeñito y una puerta del closet no corre bien, no se puede usar una parte. Era una cama doble. No corresponde al precio pagado.

Da localização e da decoração interna do hotel. As camas e travesseiros também foram um diferencial, muito confortáveis. A piscina também é Muito bem localizada ao lado do restaurante no terraço, que tem uma vista maravilhosa.

Todos os funcionários foram muitos cordiais e prestativos. Hotel novinho, quarto muito confortável, cama muito boa, banheiros com chuveiro muito bom. A localização é excelente, pertinho da praia. Café da manhã muito gostoso com uma ampla variedade. Restaurante com pratos muito gostosos.

Nice hotel but not 5 star.

Excellent location. Property decor is nice, nice pool area with comfortable loungers. Good food from the restaurant at a reasonable price

WiFi dropped in and out constantly weak signal in both our room and at the pool area. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel seems set up for adults only, however there were lots of kids running about. There was nothing to occupy them therefore disturbing our stay as well as leaving them bored. The pool bar/restaurant staff are completely uninterested and very unhelpful. When ordering drinks, we had to go looking for staff and we felt like we were bothering them. The restaurant manager wasn’t interested in helping when trying to order some fruit either. This experience hugely impacted our stay, especially given you can’t take your own drinks to the pool area. We had long waits for hot food orders at breakfast and had to go chasing staff to collect our food as they were too busy chatting at the bar area. There is a low level of English from customer facing staff. Whilst we managed with our little Spanish, from a 5* hotel you except more. Overall, a pleasant enough stay but this is not 5*.

Experiência incrível.

Hospedagem excelente!! Fui para o Nattivo de lua de mel e eles preparam uma surpresa como havia pedido, superou todas as expectativas. Localizado em frente a principal praia da ilha e próximo de todos os principais pontos do centro, pudemos fazer tudo andando. Piscina incrível, vista sensacional e café da manhã excelente. Parabéns.

Modernidade e conforto próximo à Spratt Bight.

Hotel novo, com instalações modernas e atendimento atencioso de toda a equipe. A área da piscina é muito agradável, o café da manhã é muito bom e diversificado. Os quartos são limpos e de bom tamanho. A cama e o chuveiro foram de ótima qualidade.

A temperatura do ar condicionado nas áreas comuns do hotel costumava ser muito baixa.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, o café da manhã é muito bom e diversificado, a vista da cobertura com piscina é deslumbrante. O quarto é grande e confortável, com água quente. Há frigobar e cofre.

O hotel é muito bom, porém, como pegamos um quarto standard, a vista do nosso quarto no segundo andar dava para uma obra.

Hotel divino, cada detalle está curado! El personal es muy amable y se siente que uno está en un hotel de alto nivel. Muy recomendado el restaurante, mejor restaurante de la isla!

Servicio un poco lento, recomiendo un poco más de training para el personal PERO se compensa con la amabilidad del personal

Nella colazione il cappuccino dovrebbe essere compreso e non un extra. Lo staff delle pulizie prova ad entrare e insiste nel bussare anche se c’è il cartellino che invita a passare dopo.

Las instalaciones muy lindas, es un hotel nuevo ubicado en todo el centro . Rico desayuno

El staff no tienen disposición en servicio, hay que estarlos llamando, un servicio lento y la verdad se les nota la pereza en el restaurante y las piscinas. En recepción amables, pero lo mismo frente al servicio para hacer una reserva de un buggy o algo más, sin compromiso y prefieren dar el número de celular de los contactos que conseguir ellos uno para el huésped. La carta del restaurante un poco floja, no nos gustaron los platos en dos ocasiones que comimos y almorzamos allá dentro del hotel.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Walk distance to the beach, walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Staff is a little bit unprofessional as far as how they converse and communicate with guest or try to. I didn’t like the fact that when I booked my reservation, I was under the impression that I was booking a room that was listed as having a bathtub and when I got there, discovered that it was a different room and it took the staff over half my visit to get it corrected. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this place without speaking to someone there first before you commit to your reservation online

EXCELENTE INICIATIVA LA DEL HOTEL, PERO FALTA PULIR ALGUNOS DETALLES.

Definitivamente la decoración artesanal y el buen gusto.

La ubicación lejana a la playa. Aun así, podrían extender su servicio a la playa teniendo algo de exclusividad para huéspedes del hotel. Con el gremio de quien domina la playa podrían crear carpas afines al standard del hotel, con buen servicio, buenas sillas, etc. También con el gremio de taxistas podrían tener un servicio standard de calidad y exclusivo del hotel. También podrían tener bicicletas al servicio del huésped. También podrían tener servicio de "mulas" con los estándares del hotel, y con solo tener que alquilarlo en la recepción y no tener que salir a buscarlos por la ciudad sin saber en qué condiciones tendría uno que alquilarlos.
