We will be back, thank you for a hidden gem in Boston.

The check in was flawless, all done by an electronic key pad. The entrance is beautiful, well lit, with the charm of old Boston with its hand painted wallpaper and winding staircase. Our suite on the second floor was easy to get to and had more than enough room for my husband and I. It was very open, airy, and clean, with a kitchenette stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, all you needed to make a meal. There is also a Nespresso Machine which worked nicely and gave a yummy cup of coffee as we sat and relaxed on the couch. The bathroom is large, the shower worked perfect and the water pressure was amazing. The bed was so comfy, I think we slept the whole night through. Also you couldn’t hear the Boston traffic, which was a plus. We did reserve a parking spot for the time we were there which worked out great, we could see our car from the room. The owners were very attentive and informative, texted us all the information for check in and out the day before arrival. We could get in touch with them by text and they always returned the text within a few hours. We will definitely go back.

We couldn’t find any real problems with Charlesgate Suites.

It was a wonderful stay and will most likely be staying here in the future.

This is my second time staying at this propriety and it is quite spacious and in a wonderful location of Boston Back bay and Fenway. The staff respond quickly to questions. I was stranded bc of flight cancellations and the staff quickly booked me another night there. It has a washer and dryer which helps when traveling light. The bathroom floors are heated - for winter it is very nice.

Not much negative to write. I wasn’t able to find recycling outside by trash to in which to throw away the inside recycling.

If it weren’t for the street noise, I’d abs love to come back.

Very clean and charming; Nice central location

Windows are thin making the road noise very load; you can listen to people‘s conversation on the street at normal volume; as a consequence of all this, I found it difficult to sleep

Great place, I would book this room again.

Great location, spotless room, super comfy beds/pullout sofa/sheets! Easy check-in, friendly staff, exactly what we were looking for…

It would have been helpful to have a sign on the door from the back stairwell indicating where to exit the stairwell to get to our room at the front of the house, but we figured it out :)

Overall very nice and clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. Beautiful area.

Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants and Fenway Park. Beautiful brick stone and safe area.

There is no actual staff onsite and they never sent us which room we were in. Had to call property manager.
