Great stay with few things to improve

Stunning views and almost empty and big pool with great city panorama.

Some bugs were in our room, guess this is normal in such weather. Bathroom would perhaps require some renovation. We were told to be able to store luggage after checkout which finally wasn’t possible.

a nice airbnb style stay, great value if sharing cost & transport

i stayed in 1705 very comfortable room, nice bathroom, some plates & cultery, microwave, fridge location is slightly out of the way, 15 min walk to KL sentral (if you're coming/going on train Kuala Lumpur station is quite near, and another metro station near there) instructions from host via whatsapp are very clear (its airbnb style let -nothing to do with building security personnel etc) traffic noise from road below, and elevated metro, is noticeable - but overall this is a good price, especially if sharing room cost. ground level cafe has extensive range of cheap food and supplies, and long hours

just be aware that before 2.30pm check in time, only option to leave luggage is unattended concierge desk building location forces car transport such as grab to take longer routes away

Room is not so bad. I'll

Not so good experience for us. Admin Whatsapp us saying that early check-in is at 2.30pm, when we arrived there around 3pm, the reception counter had nobody there and looks very dull, wait for almost 15mins, saw few African people there, then another African arrived...the lobby hotel area looks like not so well maintained. One security guard had helped to guided us to mailbox area to get a key locker, and I saw one Indonesian lady was there, just took my key room but then we still need to wait for another 10mins for her to do a final check before we could enter our room. From the parking area to our room, was another hassle cos we need to park at another level and walk to another level to assess the lobby hotel area. Room is good, quite comfortable. But the toilet has no 'entrance door'. Based on the pictures from booking.com, the room had an instant mee (Maggi), biscuits even some reviews also feel happy with the foods provided in the room, but when I was there, it's not provided...but it's ok. The room view-in front is a temple and behind us is a Church. There are no shop rows nearby to the Dua Sentral Hotel. When we told our friends that we stay in that area, they reminded us to be careful with the surroundings there..and when we told our aunties, they felt uneasy, after Maghrib prayer, we checked-out and moved to the other hotel. Not recommended, sorry.

Good value but noisy

Good location between Chinatown and KL Sentral. Comfy beds and pillows, pool very big and clean. Easy check in. Overall good value for money.

Our room faced the city highway and the traffic noise was very noticeable. Other rooms might be better. The pool is also on this side and has the same problem.

Хорошее расположение если вам нужен Sentral Station. Рекомендую заранее уточнить как дойти пешком от Sentral до апартов - много выходов, а путь один. Если выйти правильно, то 10 минут хода. Хозяин/хозяйка всегда на связи, помогает советом, отвечает оперативно на вопросы. Я хранил у них свою сумку больше суток - помогли без проблем, за это отдельная благодарность. Окна выходя на трассу, шум машин проходит через окна, но для нас это не было критично. Купались в бассейне, зашибись. Внизу есть кафешка и маленький магазинчик.

Бутылочку воды для гостей бы было в самый раз, нет двери в туалет (отдельный отсек для ванны и туалета) - может кому-то это критично, не выключался свет в шкафу. Но это не испортило качественного отдыха.

Номер был на 17 этаже. Вид в даль на высотки, но не на достопримечательности! В этом же здании есть номера с прекрасным

Апарты со стороны улицы новые)) Есть бассейн на 6 этаже. Нет очередей в лифт. В номере есть чайник, кружки, тарелки, микроволновка. Есть чай, кофе, сахар. Чисто, уютно. Близко к жд вокзалу и бесплатным автобусам.

В душе не работала съемная лейка. Ящички были грязные с чужими волосами. Не было туалетной бумаги. Кондер дует как не крути на кровати. Рядом оживленная трасса - в номере очень шумно.

Everything is the best and confirm will repeat for the next time.

A very good Agent, monitor from A to Z. Many complimentary are provided such as soft drink full in .. The price given is very reasonable price. The facilities provided are very helpful, everything is there. Soft drinks are full in the fridge, biscuits..snacks..maggi are full in the cabinet. All cooking equipment is complete. Most like there is a washing machine available! No need to go to the laundry. Really2 love it, and comfirm will repeat again next time to check in here.

There is nothing to dislike, only the bathroom part in the masterbed room when used there will be standing water so after using it needs to mop the water to avoid falling and slipping. Any facilities have provided such as mops and all complete equipment so no need to worry. Even it happens, it doesn't affect me to come here again. The others are all the best. Thank you.

Indeed A Cozy Apartment

Indeed, it's a cozy apartment. It feels like home. For the price, I have nothing to complain because the facilities were great. It is a great place to stay with friends and family. Definitely recommend this place to those who don't mind staying a bit far from KL Sentral. Grab is around RM7.00+. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much. It was a pleasant stay. ✨️

Super comfortable apartment and outstanding hospitality. So many thoughtful details and perks. This place is really special, felt like home instantly! + Quiet, bright and cozy + Well stocked + Great view + Stable WiFi + Nice pool area + Minimarket & 24/7 cafe at the lobby + Helpful and friendly host

Well maintained and value for money

Amongst all the home stay that I have booked in KL, this is by far the best. Very clean and comfortable, and good value for money too for family up to 4 persons. Check in instructions were very clear and smooth

Perfect for family

Highly recommended !! Clean, spacious and the house comes with snack in every kitchen cabinet. Just need Grab from apartment to Kl monrail around 7 ringgit. Will surely come back.
