Not worth the money

Architecture

- nosy area - far from everything in ubud - no room service or taking care of changing the towels … - dirty pool with very bad view

La vue et la piscine ( froide car le soleil ne reflète pas dessus ) débordante sur les rizières

- La propreté de la villa à revoir complètement, - Une éponge sale, usagés pour la vaisselle ( j'ai demandé une nouvelle, je l'ai obtenue) - Des traces de nourriture sur et dans les placards - Un canapé tout taché et sale, - De la moisissure sur le tapis, - De la décoration murale cassé, - Aucun service proposé, Vous trouverez bien mieux sur Ubud, très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons loué deux magnifiques Villa avec un service incroyable et propreté irréprochable beaucoup moins cher. J'ai envoyé des photos à l'hôte, afin d'avoir un dédommagement mais il a refusé. Pour information, j'ai séjourné dans la villa 3. Voici les photos, si cela peut aider. Ok pour 1 nuit juste pour la vue.

MARAVILLOSA

El alojamiento fue fabuloso, las vista desde la habitación era muy bonita (campos de arroz). El personal súper amable, ofrecen varios servicios (taxi, actividades…). La piscina estaba muy limpia, la cama súper cómoda y el baño era precioso. Sin duda si volvemos a Ubud repetiremos.

Allt var som beskrivet och ankomsten och kommunikationen var särskilt bra!

Fantastiskt ställe! Villan var fantastisk - mycket bättre än vi förväntade oss. Den var stor, elegant, avskild, ren och med hisnande utsikt. Värden var perfekt för oss! Det var verkligen över och bortom! Tack för allt! Vi njöt verkligen av vår vistelse. Jag skulle rekommendera att stanna här till alla som är intresserade av denna villa!

Отличное место

Новая, чистая и удобная вилла,с небольшим, но глубоким бассейном с видом на рисовые поля. Каждый день можно было наблюдать за цаплями. Красивая большая ванная комната в балийском стиле, в душе отличный напор горячей воды. Постельное белье, полотенца и подушки были в отличном состоянии. Так как вилла открытая, вечером вы можете увидеть ящериц и много мотыльков. Отличое расположение в тихом спокойном месте, подъезд к вилле очень удобный, можно подъехать на машине. Рекомендую, отлично провели несколько дней.

Держите спальню всегда закрытой, чтоб не летели насекомые. Доставщики часто проезжают мимо, к другому комплексу вилл. Они имеют такое же название. Уточняйте это при заказе доставки.

Flott utsikt, veldig komfortabelt. Veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten.

Villaen er et eksepsjonelt sted. Vi hadde en fantastisk tid!!! Ankomsten gikk greit, vi ble møtt av verten vår som var veldig lydhør. Villaen var fantastisk, alt var som beskrevet. Den smakfulle innredningen og oppmerksomheten på detaljer fortalte en helt topp historie. Det var som å være i et sjarmerende herskapshus!!!

Ingenting! Alt var perfekt.

Locație de prestigiu, vederi minunate, fără zgomot, iar vila în sine este o operă de artă. Vila se află într-un cadru frumos, cu vederi uimitoare. curățenia și iluminarea spațiului vilei a fost impecabilă, creând o atmosferă confortabilă și confortabilă. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase. Great villa in a fabulous location. Look forward to returning.

Everything is fine. The villa was nice and pleasant. The villa is very well located. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt at home. The host was very welcoming and pleasant. The communication was also very good. Overall, will stop here again in the future! Thank you very much for everything!!!

Dissapointing from arrival.

Upon arrival at the Villa, we were immediately disappointed to discover that there was still ongoing loud construction taking place, which we were not informed about beforehand. Despite the villa being advertised as having a "private outdoor pool," there were workers right outside the villa, making it uncomfortable to use the pool or enjoy the open plan living area due to the lack of privacy. Additionally, there was excess smoke and fire from burning in the fields, which we were also not informed about. After addressing these issues with management, we were upgraded to another villa. However, shortly after moving, we encountered the same problems with loud construction and smoke from fires in the rice fields. This led to our decision to check out the next day, as we were extremely disappointed with the situation upon arrival. To our dismay, management denied any knowledge of these issues despite us providing photographic evidence. Furthermore, we were not offered a refund despite not being warned about the construction, smoke, fire, and lack of privacy prior to our arrival. While we understand that these may be cultural practices, it is essential for guests to be informed about them beforehand or during the check-in process. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

В остальном все зорошо. Приятная мебель, чистый бассейн, менеджер отвечал на все вопросы

Стильная вилла , красивый дизайн. Есть кухня , горячая вода

Бассейн находится перед рисовым полем , и к сожалению на уровне глаз рабочих в поле. Нам было неуютно, не расслабишься , грубо говоря, в белье не выйдешь из комнаты , потому что могут на тебя смотреть и стоять в метре от бассейна. По крыше ночью стабильно в 4 утра бегали обезьяны. Все бы ничего, но материал , из которого сделана крыша оочень громкий. Было слышно каждый их шаг и их бег. Постель усыпана муравьями , буквально. Они лезли из всех щелей. Мы были на других виллах , но как в этой мы нигде так не намучились. Возможно дело в больших зазорах между дверью и полом. Был момент , когда моя жена спала в комнате , меня не было дома . И на виллу без предупреждения зашел персонал , чтобы починить какую-то дверь в комнате . Странно, что нас заранее не предупредили об этом в вотс апе хотя бы. Он просто зашел.

The villa and neighborhood are amazing

Fantastic place, very well-maintained and clean house, enough space for a comfortable stay. Combined with a beautiful view and a very quiet neighborhood, it created a great place to get away for a few days to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend, a place worth the price.
