About this house rental
Enjoy a bright & stylish bungalow in a centrally-located historic Charleston neighborhood. 15 minutes from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from downtown, this grand oak tree-lined neighborhood has much to offer: visit the boat landing to watch the sunset, walk to local restaurants, movie theater, live music venue, beautiful public golf course, or adventure to one of the many historic Charleston locations. Come for a getaway with friends or family. *note: laundry included for 3-day trips or longer The space The main common space is open and bright with an inviting open floor plan: living room, dining, and kitchen. The master bedroom is large and has a beautiful spa-inspired bathroom that all the guests love. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and provides ample space for you to unpack and make yourself comfortable. Get comfortable in any of the bedroom’s 100% organic cotton sheets. There is an outdoor shower and bath area off of the master bedroom. Be sure to take advantage of the porch and lovely side yard off the kitchen with a small sectional loveseat. The house is within walking distance of local bars/restaurants, a movie theater, and a live music venue. Millers All Day has an amazing breakfast and lunch Crust has a great woodfire pizza and salads. Guest access Please park in the shorter (left side) of the driveway and any additional cars can be parked in front of the house there. There is also a park 3 houses down that has a parking lot if you'd like somewhere to put any unused vehicles. You will have access to the entire main house, side porch, and small attached fenced yard. The backyard that is accessed down at the end of the driveway belongs to the Guest House. The shorter parking space (the one that sits on the left of the driveway) should be left for the guest house tenant so they can come and go as needed. There are 2 ADDITIONAL parking spaces directly in front of the house... please park on the grass right of way. There is also a public park 1/2 block away (through the stop sign) on the left where any additional cars can be parked if necessary. Other things to note There is a guest house behind the house at the end of the long driveway. The backyard is for the guest house. Please do not go back there through the gate or down the driveway. That is private access.
