Loved our stay at the New Reno! The house was roomy, comfortable and beautiful. The views of the lagoon through the large windows were great. Seabrook Island is a lovely place surrounded by nature. The kids loved the pristine beach, crab dock and pool. The included amenity card was a plus, offering access to the fun ocean front pool, for example. We will be back!

Overall the home is in a nice location on the island. The interior is spacious and well designed. Rooms are good size and kitchen/dining and living areas are great. Unfortunately, the exterior needs work - lots of wood rot on the back deck, all windows are very dirty and the grill was rusty. The exterior outlets also didn't work which was frustrating since we had a LSV to charge. The maintenance person was very nice and attended to the outlet issue and other problems very quickly though. We also had a few palmetto bugs that we got rid of ourselves. Based on the cost of the home, I think some improvements need to be made. Lastly the 15% off a future visit as a gesture for the storm erasing a week from our stay was a lukewarm offer as I know Wild Dunes and other locations offered refunds or credit backs to guests.

We were very happy with the property. Our family likes to cook and hang out at night. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The kitchen, dining area was great for gathering at night. The area accommodated 9 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. Our only complaint was that the property was not ready for us on time. Check in was at 4. The property was not ready until 530 and we were anxious to get in and start our vacation.

There was 7 ladies staying and we couldn’t shower consecutively. Only 2 ladies got a hot shower.
Other than that (which was huge) the house is lovely

House needs work. Beds are not comfortable, deck needs repair, driveway is horrible and floods when there is rain making it difficult to get into car since garage access not allowed. Further tv doesn’t have live tv. Will not stay there again.
