We had a great stay at Grand Ion. We are satisfied with we paid for.

The room is huge and very clean. We had a great time staying at the property and we feel safe. The agent was kind and approachable. We will book again next time.

There is no water heater in the master’s bed room but it is just a little problem. Maybe the were not aware of it.

My children love the stay, we will certainly come back for longer stay in future.

The kitchen has an electric cooker so you can cook instant noodles etc , and there is microwave oven and water dispenser which is very convenient. View was great, the unit we stayed in is very well refurbished and is very clean. Its TV works great too. As for outdoors, being at the Skygarden at night is wonderful, you see the clouds rolling by just a few floors above you. Much better view than at Resorts World hotels/shopping mall, where you can hardly walk out to take in the outdoor air and beauty of the highlands.

Need to be careful not to miss the shuttle bus, the lift waiting time can be long especially near the shuttle pick up time. And need to transfer to another lift at level 7. At least set aside 15-20 min for lifts.

Cleanliness, room decor, facilities like water dispenser, induction, bathroom slippers, access to swimming pool, nice balcony.

We reached early at around 1 pm. They refused early check in saying that it will be only after 3 pm. That's ok, no grudge.Then we asked them to keep luggage which was only cabin bags so that we could roam around and they charged 20 myr for keeping those cabin bags for 2 hours which looked totally insane but we paid to make best use of our time.

Bilik yang bersih, hiasan dalaman yang cantik, fasiliti yang mencukupi, kolam renang mesra kanak2, F&B outlet yang pelbagai, suasana yang tenang lagi aman dan semua2 itu menjadikan percutian yang sangat menarik.

Lokasi yang berjauhan daripada theme park dan tempat2 lain, view bilik menghadap bangunan dalam pembinaan, jalan menuju resort kurang memuaskan dan jalan agak jauh daripada parking ke bilik resort.

Ion Delemen Great Place to stay and enjoy Genting

Location. Eventhough transport limited, but there are shuttle that have permanent schedule. Easy to check in and check out. Facility drink water is really helpful Facility and price is reasonable.

Just small issue that there are some small insect from window in toilet.

Overall staying at the property is cheap n safe n it’s cold

Property is very clean n safe n cool.

Gym equipment is not maintained n the treadmill is not maintained and not repair since April n nobody seems to be bothered about the issue. Another issue is the construction works on the opposite side is been done 24 hours n noisy at very late nights. Already highlighted the issue to the front office staff n they just nodded their heads.

Great stay at Grand Ion, staff was approachable, the cab drivers were superb and so accommodating.

Comfortable - weird smell

Very nearby to Arena and has shuttle service. Loved the location and certainly away from the noise around. Needs a bit of cleaning up especially at the rubbish counter and refrigerator. There is a certain stench (bau busuk). Fortunate I had my scent candle to set the mood right. Otherwise certainly worth the money !!! No doubt

The location not easy to access at night where the heavy fog unable to see the road (very dangerous). Should put more lamp post light as the road is narrow all the way to hotel & no barrier at the hill.

Nice place to stay.

Pick up key at my.News (convenience store) next to the main lobby. Everything smooth. The apartment is big and clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with toilet, nice sofa (convertible to futon bed) and dining table, big TV. There is hot and cold drinking machine in the apartment which is a great convenience to our family. no need to boil water using kettle. There is strong wind and heavy fog on Jan, so prepared for enough clothing.

For apartment management, there is sounds like loosen metal/doors banging noise from outside the building or from apartment above, it happened throughout the night.

The staff was very helpful and always responsive and reachable.

It was not very clean. The corridors outside the lift were dirty. And the apartments had a very bad smell (coming from the bathroom especially). The linens and towels didn’t seem too clean.

Perfect

My stay was wonderful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I accidentally locked my room at 1am and I called Zakira(the host) at that hour to help me out. She sent her staff with the key in like less than 5 mins. Overall I really enjoyed it

Very Bad experience

Room was clean and quiet

Hotel building was very big with very few elevators, which were always busy and had to wait for the elevator 10 to 15 mins every time we need to go out. Hotel was self check-in which we came to know after booking and hotel access, parking and elevators ways were very difficult to manage with kids. Overall very bad experience and not recommended for families with kids.

Will definitely stay here again

If you couldn't get a hotel stay in Genting First World, this is another great choice. Brand new and very clean.

The room is quite small for 4 pax. There is no space for the futon beds. We have to remove the carpet and placed the futon beds on the floor. It is also quite difficult to get grab ride to and from Genting Skyworld, end up taking Genting taxi.
