> Bedroom 4 is a converted internal garage. It is fully lined and carpeted with bunk beds. (incorrectly displayed by VRBO as a Living area).
**Cancellation, Compassionate Circumstances**:
>Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
>Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
>We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
