This beautiful historic home was built in 1900 and offers a perfect blend of contemporary design, traditional architecture, and modern amenities. Just right in the west campus of VCU. you will find yourself close to many fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, markets, and gift shops.

Perfect for families and friend groups. This lovely house is a duplex building that easily host a group that would like to enjoy their own space also have fun time together. It includes 3 bedrooms, 1 living rooms,2 full baths, 2 sets of laundry, 2 fully stocked gourmet kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a private outdoor sitting area.4 private parking spots on preemies. It is comfortably host up to 11 people.
