The staff and cleanliness are why I prefer Hampton Inns to any other places.

I did like that the Hampton Inn was very close to I 95. I also love that Hamptons Inns are very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful!

I prefer smaller Hampton inns. Also have stayed at several in the past and always had great breakfasts. I wasn't happy with the breakfast. My daughter said it was horrible. Granddaughter and I did eat a little but didn't enjoy it.

Worked for a room for a budget, would not stay long.

Staff was great and location very convenient

AC was definitely broken, the room was so hot when we woke up. And the sliding door to the shower was broken so the bathroom had very little privacy if someone was getting ready at the main sink.

A great place to stay in order to walk to tourist attractions in Richmond.

The rooms were great and location couldn't be beat. For the most part, everyone was helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The cleanliness was really appreciated. Beds were very comfortable.

We had constant trouble with the computer operated elevators. The instructions are not clear and even the staff couldn't get them to work in order for us to get to the garage level for our car. The garage access is not clearly marked and is very confusing when checking out.

Reasonable option if you have an event to attend at the convention center or state capitol.

Decent breakfast, less than 10 minute walk to the convention center at a lower price than than other options.

The elevators were confusing.

location was cool, and the breakfast was okay. I liked that the floor I parked on had charging stations.

the odd placement of the television and the desk, it was a large room but items were oddly spaces within the area. who wants a desk overlooking the bed, or a television off to the side.

I had a hard time finding the entrance. It is actually in with another hotel so it was a little confusing but after we figured it out, this hotel was great.

frustrating & disappointing

room was ok, poor quality linens

confusing & difficult to get around because of the two hotel combination. No instruction from hotel staff for directions or how to use the high tech elevator system. Frustrating & not like any Hampton Inn we’ve stayed in before !

Superb

tried to eat and drink in upstairs lounge. Service was awful so we left without ordering anything. Run by a bunch of kids who did not know how to greet customers or wait on them in a timely manner. Very noisy with scraping of chairs to reorganize tables. Would not recommend.

Cheer trip

Breakfast was good, some selections ran our quickly but it was still ok.

I was upset I couldn’t get the room I was promised but the manager gave me a discount and helped accommodate a room change.

Not my cup of tea

The location of the hotel is great. When I could get ahold of the front desk staff that were pleasant and helpful.

The room was very small. Had an old smoke odor. No locked doors or room key entry except to your room door. The parking garage is one of the worst garages I’ve ever parked in.. it’s small/ cramped, outdated, and hard to maneuver around when coming out of parking space and going up/ down ramps.

Would not recommend and have told everyone I know how bad the experience was

My aunt left her pain medication when she checked out of the room. I called to get the medication and was told that the housecleaning staff would look for it. No one called. I hope they enjoy the Fentanyl patches that my 78 year old disabled aunt needs to simply exist

The staff was great and the hotel beautiful & clean. I really enjoyed that you could go straight from the parking garage to your room.

There was some hidden expenses I wasn’t aware of until I checked out.
