Tutto perfetto! Ambienti curati, puliti e ben tenuti, stanza grande con magnifica vista e completa di tutti i comfort .

Schön, sauber jedoch laut

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, modern und auch sauber und gepflegt.

Der Zutritt mit den vielen Codes (3 verschiedene) war etwas mühsam. Es war bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Personal vor Ort. Bei der Buchung hatte ich es so verstanden, dass ein Parkplatz dabei wäre, dem ist nicht so, Parken ist nur auf der Straße möglich, dafür sind Parkscheine nötig. Eine Tabacchi ist gleich in der Nähe. Für das Frühstück bekommt man einen Gutschein (1 Saft oder 1 Cafe und ein Croissant o.Ä.) für ein Lokal in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, man hört den Verkehrslärm (auch spät abends) leider sehr.

Perfecta ubicación y acceso práctico.

La ubicación y decoración de la habitación. Excelente remodelación con toques unicos y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tu estancia en Messina.

Un poco ruidosa para mi gusto ya que tiene dos paredes que colindan con una de las calles con flujo de automoviles a todas horas.

Loved the apartment & Messina. My second visit. I wil return.

Location. The apartment was light & airy. Tastefully decorated with two balconies. Situated in the heart of Messina, walking distance to all the restaurants and sights. Breakfast was included in a cafe downstairs from the apartment. The host was available and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Vivi Messina in comodità

Due giorni a Messina, città spesso sottovalutata, ma molto bella e pimpante. La location scelta è risultata molto comoda e funzionale. Rifiniture eccellenti, stanza spaziosa e molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Macchinetta del caffè e bollitore in camera, molto comodi. Posizione eccellente per muoversi sia in auto che a piedi. L'host molto disponibile ha risposto puntualmente a qualche nostra esigenza con grande disponibilità. Struttura di alto livello qualitativo. Torneremo sicuramente.

A me piace il rapporto umano, quello diretto. Conoscere l'host di persona, e non avere un rapporto telefonico come purtroppo ormai e prassi, con questi check in a distanza. Nonostante non mi sia incontrato di persona, telefonicamente il nostro host è risultato una persona perbene e molto disponibile.

great for a stay in Messina

The room is big. pacing the University. we were on a holiday, so there was no traffic at all. All things to see in Messina are within walking distance. Room is. big and clean with a big window. Great Aronchini Restaurante just under the hotel.

Herzliche Empfehlung!

Wegen eines Zugstreiks konnten wir die Übernachtung kurzfristig und unkompliziert um einen Tag verschieben. Wir kamen erst am späten Abend mit der Fähre an und waren froh um das selbstständige Check-in. Ganz so selbstständig haben wir es dann doch nicht geschafft. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit. Er half uns telefonisch weiter, bis wir alle Türen mit den richtigen Codes öffnen konnten. Das Zimmer war perfekt: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, sauber. Das Frühstück in der benachbarten Bar war authentisch.

An excellent room in Messina

Excellent location, very clean and neat, comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Kind, cooperative staff.

We could enjoy a light blanket (there was only a sheet as a cover) and some extra pillows (there were only 2 in the room)..

Exceptional accommodation in the centre which is fantastic value for money

Fabulous accommodation in the centre, 10 min walk from railway station. Really lovely room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and fab shower. Lovely view from the room. Although central quiet at night using the shutters.

Very minor things - Only one pillow per person- my husband always prefer 2 and no sign on front door for location or what level property on.

One of the best accomodations in Messina

This appartment was absolutely stunning. We adored the design of the interior, the amount of light from the large windows, original sicilian paintings on the walls, clear and new bathroom. Particularly, we would like to highlight the hospitality of our hosts, who personaly led us through the appartment and also spent a lot of time giving us recommendations for Messina and surroundings. For me it is one of the best booking accomodations I have been in. Totaly RECOMMENDED!!!

the door to a great stay in messina!

The room, the apartment and everything was new and amazing. The environment, bed, decoration and the bathroom (and the cleanliness of course) were even better than in the photos. The location is perfect. And the hosts, excellent people! This is the place you should stay in Messina.
