Welcome to our luxurious home, in the heart of the historic Old Town. We are centrally located just minutes away from the Potomac River waterfront, DC, Del Ray, & Reagan National Airport. The beautifully curated home offers a spacious, inviting & family friendly space for your stay in the DMV. Whether you are here to relax, sightsee, or both you'll be surrounded by an abundance of attractions, amazing food, and a plethora of retail options, all in a short walk, drive or metro ride away.

Location perfect for trips into DC or walking Old Town. On a quiet residential street with off street parking, easy walk to King street. The home is impeccable with two living rooms for opportunity to have some space, or hang out together. Well appointed kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely house in Alexandria, VA, and I can't sing its praises enough! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt right at home. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood but still close to all the conveniences and attractions that Alexandria has to offer. One of the highlights is that it's within walking distance to the local farmers market, where you can find fresh produce, artisanal goods, and more. It was such a delight to stroll over and pick up ingredients for our meals. The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic charm. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light flooding in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it a joy to prepare meals during my stay. The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished, providing a restful retreat after a day of exploring the area. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with luxurious towels and toiletries provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The listing represents this house very well. It is large, updated, and in great shape. I stayed here will my extended family for a wedding in DC. The house is super close to King Street. Parking for 1 car is easy. The house is spacious and super clean. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable (firm) and the linens are new/nice. There is aslo a supermarket right around the corner, which is very convenient. Check-in process was seamless. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this rental.

First and foremost the house was very clean. Clean linens and plush towels. Everything was upscale. The location was perfect. Can walk to restaurants, bars, bakery, waterfront, etc. The host communicated with us several times during our stay which made everything really smooth. One of the best vrbos we’ve stayed at. Thank you for everything! Our daughter just moved to DC so we will look to stay here several times.

This property was even nicer in person. We were in town to attend my husband's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. I had three friends and four family members with me. Everyone had their own space. My son and his three teenagers had the entire downstairs and they were very happy with that area. The adults were very comfortable on the first floor. Very open floor plan which met everyone's needs. I highly recommend this house. It is in a very nice area of Old Town and very close to a grocery store. I will definitely book it again.

Our immediate family met for a 6 day stay at this beautiful home to celebrate this big occasion. The home was beautifully furnished recently updated with marble in the bathrooms and top notch appliances in the kitchen. It was well stocked with many items to make the stay perfect. It had great accommodations for all of us. It was a convenient location to spend time in Alexandria or take the free trolley to the Metro or head down to the water to catch a Water Taxi to DC. This home was a perfect fit for our needs and I’m sure you will find it the same for your next visit. Thank you Erin for always being there to provide assistance with all our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful row house home. This home made our celebration just perfect!

This house met all our expectations and exceeded them. We needed a non-pet house (allergies) in old town Alexandria for our family- me, wife, 4 kids. Everyone in our family had their own room in this elegant, 3-level townhouse. From the Wolf stove to the wood/tile floors to the crystal doorknobs, the place exudes elegance. Careful attention to detail was clearly paid toward every room. Old town Alexandria is a gem in itself with its preserved historical buildings- one feels they have travelled back in time- the city is much like Savannah, Portsmouth NH, etc. -hard to leave! The house fits right in as one of the beautiful spaces of the city. Well worth 5 stars!

We took a friends trip to DC and stayed at this quaint house in Alexandria. It’s only a few minutes to the Metro station to park and ride to DC. The house was well appointed and everything we needed was available. Our host was extraordinary and very responsive. The house was clean from top to bottom. We were able to park behind the house with no issues. Thanks for a great visit!

We love Old Town and all it has to offer and this was a perfect location to walk to everything with easy access to DC, to visit family in Alexandria and host an extended family gathering. Townhome was beautifully appointed, clean and host was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended for an Old Town visit, we’ll be back!

Sisters’ weekend for 4 nights at this beautiful home. Everything was fresh, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were within an easy walk to both the riverfront and King Street. Lots of wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this home and location. One sister flew into DCA and it was a 10-minute ride to the airport. Alexandria is a great town with plenty of activities. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much to the host!

My 3 friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Erin’s house and we had a wonderful experience. Everyone first impressions were that the space was beautiful, incredible clean and just very inviting . We did not use the kitchen for cooking as we had planned to eat in the city but it was well set for breakfast and mid-day snacking. The bedrooms were very comfortable, superb mattresses assuring a good night of sleep. We had a couple of issues ( problem with a faucet and need of a corkscrew) and Erin responded and solved both issues extremely fast. I honestly have never interacted with an host who was so responsive and eager to help. The location was also perfect for us, 15mn walk from the metro station and then a quick ride to the city. I highly recommend Erin’s house and if I am ever traveling to the DC area again, will plan on coming back to her rental.

Alexandria was a central location for our sisters' get-together -- one sister from NC and the other three from NY. We had a great trip to Old Town: shopping, food and drinks, lots of walking and a fabulous house to hang/relax in. The house was right in the downtown area and central to everything. We all enjoyed ourselves so much it might become an annual!

This is a lovely property with all of the creature comforts while maintaining the historical charm of the area. We had a family long weekend in Alexandria with guests ranging in age from 11 to 88 and everyone was happy and comfortable during our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had prior to and during our stay. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to King Street as well as the trail along the Potomac, and easy access to main roads for excursions further afield. We would stay at this property again without hesitation and thank the owner for having such a wonderful property.

This home was beautiful. Lots of natural light. Great location. We walked to king street and the river front. Erin provided excellent communication and offered assistance with whatever we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.
