About this house rental
Your ski vacation here at Okemo is made easy living at Solitude Village. Enjoy a spacious two story floor-plan with 3.5 baths and cathedral ceilings. You will also enjoy the amenities associated with the Solitude Day Lodge which include swimming under the stars in the heated out-door pool, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, or soothe those ski muscles in the co-ed sauna or stretch them in the fitness room.

RENTAL RULES
SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.
OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.
HOT TUB: No children under the age of 10 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT
STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.
FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.
INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.
CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.
PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.

We stayed for a long weekend to ski and it was a fantastic location, easy access to the slopes. The unit had everything we needed! Including candles for when the power went out for a few minutes. Owner was very responsive and promptly asked us if we needed anything. Within minutes the power was back on and the rest of the trip was wonderful and uneventful. We would rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nice amenities. Our host was very responsive and provided us with additional information on dining and grocery shopping options in Ludlow. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Solitude area of Okemo.

Really enjoyed this place. All amenities, plenty of space to relax and a huge heated mud room for all your gear and a ski locker on the porch. This is a one floor walk up. Lacking was guidance on how to get to the lift. A brief note on the location of the path would be extremely helpful, since it’s not noticeable. Our contact, Suzanne was of great help, keeping us updated on dates.
