This home offers an open floor plan, with kitchen, living and all bedrooms providing an ocean view. Bring in the ocean breeze by opening the full glass sliders to the covered outdoor patio.
State of the art kitchen with all new Thermador & Miele appliances, double oven with steam oven, induction stove, large island with seating for 4 - all the kitchen appliances you can possibly dream of are hidden away in the appliance garages. And as a bonus just outside the kitchen is a courtyard with fresh herbs to cook with. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a laundry room with a Scotsman ice maker so you never have to worry about running out of perfectly clear ice.
The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, dual zone sleep number California king bed with heaters for your feet and under bed lighting. Snuggle up while streaming your favorite show on a 65" TV or just enjoy the view of the ocean from the bed. The bathroom boasts a large soaking tub where you can take in the views of the ocean. There is a separate large glass walled steam shower with bench, heated bathroom floors, water closet with Toto bidet and heated seat. This room also has a large walk-in closet.
The second primary suite has an en-suite bath, California king tempur-pedic mattress from which you can enjoy harbor views from bed. This room includes a walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and an alcove with a desk looking out to the ocean.
The secluded third bedroom has a comfortable queen murphy bed, ocean views, a large walk-in shower and a dedicated office space.
All bedrooms have privacy and space from one another as well as access to the expansive backyard.
The outdoor covered patio includes a large ceiling fan, heaters for the chilly nights, outdoor speakers and cozy Restoration Hardware seating. Lay by the pool on the chaise lounges and watch the boats and the red tail hawks soar by.
When you have finished your day enjoying all that Montecito & Santa Barbara has to offer, come back where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. Choose to dine al fresco or in the dining room which has a lovely large round table with seating for 8. Watch a movie in the living room on the 70" TV with 5 channel surround sound while you relax in front of the fireplace. End your evening with a nice steam shower and a stunning view of the Montecito sunset. Indulge yourself in this truly magical and private property.
