Wonderful stay!! Check in was a little tricky but once we got that part figured out everything was amazing!! Top Notch place with an amazing view. Paid parking in the garage is a must. We walked to the ball park and everywhere else. Detroit was great and better than expected! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property! The unit itself was spacious and as pictured. The location and view were amazing. Being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the river was so fun. The rooftop terrace was also very cool! The beds were comfortable and we hope to stay again! Finding the unit was a little tricky. The key fob lock box is not on the same block as the unit itself which threw us off a bit. We chose to include parking with our stay which we think was a good choice and made being in the heart of downtown more streamlined. We're leaving a full 5 stars for every category, even with the tricky check-in, because everything about the property and location was truly top notch! Thank you!

The apartment was bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had a great view of a park. It was walkable to restaurants, bars and even a market for groceries. We would stay here again!

My wife and I are season ticket holders for the Detroit Lions. We brought our 17 year old daughter to Detroit for her first NFL game and luckily there was an ENVITAE property available. In our opinion ENVITAE is the standard of what a property should be when you need a home away from home. Their properties are gorgeous, always spotless and in terrific locations. Their team is just incredible when it comes to the preparation of the property and communicating with their tenants. You always feel like they are right next door and ready to assist you. We legit search for ENVITAE properties for all of our trips to the US, if there’s a unit available we jump on it. Thank you for helping make our family trip so enjoyable, our daughter had an absolute blast and LOVED her King size bed and en suite bathroom! You all make our little Canadian family feel right at home even though we are miles and miles away. 5 stars, 10/10 once again - we look forward to lodging with you again and again.

My review includes positives and negatives - bottom line is a positive review. We were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was perfect, apartment was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed, the towels provided were nice and plentiful and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extras you don't always get - extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shampoo.
We were surprised to find that the bedrooms have no windows. Rooms are VERY dark at night so bring a night light or flashlight. Could be dangerous if there is a fire. We were also surprised that bedrooms don't have TVs even tho they had outlets for TVs.
The check in process was OK for us because it was daylight, not raining and we had multiple people. If you arrive alone or at night, it's not the best. You have to find parking, walk down an alley to find the key, then go into the bldg, find the apartment, pick up the parking pass, then go back to your car, and park in the deck. DEFINITELY pay extra for the parking space. Then it was a bit confusing because you park in assigned spot on level 7, have to walk down to find the bridge to the bldg and then take elevator to level 5. It's easy once you do it a time or two, but very confusing directions at first. The apartment door lock has tricky buttons. The technology is touchy and if you don't get it to work within 3 tries, you have to wait a few minutes for it to reset before attempting again. At least you're in a clean warm hallway!

Great location for attending a trade show at Cobo Hall, Dinner at London Chop House and an event at The Gem Theatre. All were in walking distance. THe place was very clean and quiet.
