HORRIBLE!!! Worst motel ever! Disgusting and run down. No parking, was asked to park down the road!!! Our room was dirty and the whole hotel carpet is stained and disgusting. In the room our furniture was old and stained. The bed was sunken in and terribly uncomfortable. The property was gross outside. Tons of trash all over. The dumpster area was overflowing with old furniture broken and spread everywhere. I will never stay here again. I’ll stick with our usual motel in Glenwood. Wanted to give them a try but that was a mistake!!!!!

Room was quiet - a bit musty smelling; view outside of window was of a retaining wall; hotel is an older one; for the price it is as expected. Continental breakfast was simple, but adequate.

If you just want a quick one night stop, and you aren't too picky, then this place will do. The room itself (#112) wasn't bad, but it was old, it could have been cleaner, One light had a short and would flicker, enormous crack under the door allowed in a lot of light and noise, you could not close the drape (not that it didn't work, it could not be done) and thus a lot more light. Breakfast? well they may say they offer it, but you might as well plan to eat somewhere else. Back door would not shut properly, let alone lock for security. If these problems were taken care of then it could be a nice place.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. For us, the beds were too soft. Also, there was no closet or hangers. Otherwise, good value.

Best part of hotel: solar panels! Had patio but not designated smoking section outdoors. No good place to walk dog. Room was below ground so cave-like. Bed was comfortable and mini-fridge and microwave worked well. Grounds had lot of trash.

This is the cheapest hotel I could find in Glenwood and at that it is way over priced for what it is.It has no laundry facilities the TV didn’t work the first night one of the outer access doors did not lock at all allowing anyone to just walk in. I had to empty the toilet completely to get it to fully flush there were no wallplugs to plug in chargers without unplugging something else . It does allow pets for a fee which is good for pet owners but not good for guests when the pets bark every time you open your door or someone walks by in the hallway I would never go back

We heard a lot of pluming noises during the night. I'm not sure what it was, but we were woken up by the noise. At some point, I thought someone was taking a shower in our bathroom, because the sound was so loud. The place was too expensive for what it offered.

The room was unfortunately noisy. Every time a nearby door opened or closed, it was loud. All night, we could hear doors continually opened & shutting. There was also no closet to hang some items that needed to be hung, then no ironing board to be able to fix this

The hotel could be more eco friendly and have the refillable soaps, lotions and shampoo, etc. our room had strong Lysol smell so ran the fan on high. Couldn’t open window. Would like more non dairy options, strict vegetarian. Outside seating very cute but was raining. Not very handicap accessible thru lobby to rooms.

Hotel room was dirty. The bathroom had hair and a bug in it and the shower wasnt clean. The bedroom had a pair of slides from the last person renting so definitely wasnt cleaned up very well. Had their breakfast and the breakfast sandwiches had mold on them, we ended up buying our own. The location was great though it was a short drive to hiking trails, the amusment park, and down town.

Great place for the money. As we frequently travel with our Dog, it can be fairly expensive to find places to stay. Thisbworked out great for us. Its a motel so you get what it looks like in pictures. But everything worked and was clean. Bed was super comfy! We will be back!

This hotel is not updated or clean at all. The curtains were ripped and had a lot of smudges on them. The bed throw blankets had cigarette burns. Overall it was very noisy and not clean.

This property is extremely rundown and dirty. We stayed two nights. After coming back to the room from a day of fun we noticed that our room had not been serviced. We went to the front desk and adked that the maid come and clean and leave fresh towels. She said she would get the maid to service the room. We left for dinner and when we returned it had not been touched. Again we went to the front desk and the girl there argued with us that the maid had Done it. Finally we adk that we at least get fresh towels. It was a complete dump. Nothing good to say and we paid $180 a night. Major rip off.

pleasantly surprised to find out there's a basic breakfast and a hot tub. Breakfast is not restocked so go early. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, toast cereal,yogurt and a breakfast sandwich. Pillows are horrible. Bring your own.

The room was fine, but there were hairs on the toilet and the sink, and the towel bar kept falling off. It was fine for what it was - the beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very warm and kind. It's in a convenient location and it felt very safe. The view outside our window looked out to a yard filled with trash cans and junk, but if you have a room facing the other way, you'd have a beautiful view of the mountains. It didn't bother us - we kept the shades down to block out light for sleeping. I can't speak to the breakfast as we had to get on the road super early, but I know it's something they offer. Again, the staff was super kind and welcoming. Overall it was a decent place to stay and we'd stay there again.

Our stay was pleasant. Outside the property could use some sprucing, parking lot is tight when at capacity, but well lit. We walked by the same fruit loop on the stairs to our room for 3 days, but the ROOM itself was cozy! The AC worked, windows opened, TV worked, and the bed was comfortable! Upon checking out of our room- we did one final inspection of our belongings and found a fake nail and some crumbs. So maybe cleanliness is an opportunity here. But for the price…location…I’d stay here again.

I honestly don't know how this place got the excellent reviews it's gotten. I've traveled all over the US and stayed in some pretty shady places and had no issues. The people in those places were always respectful. This place was INSANELY overpriced for what it was. The curtains wouldn't close and i was on the ground floor. But i could deal with that. Like i said, I've stayed in questionable places and you adapt.The cherry on the cake was the obviously very drunk Hispanic man screaming at the top of his lungs and kicking the door of the room next to me at 2am. After about 10 minutes i asked him, through the door, to stop. Which led to him starting to kick my door and call me derogatory names. Then he starts stomping up and down the hall, screaming at the top of his lungs. My dogs are freaking out.This continues for about 30 minutes, which i called the front desk like 6 times. Finally after 30 minutes, another guest manages to get him to calm down and leave. If i could give this place no stars, i would. It was AWFUL

Wife booked this without looking at the amenities but the photos! The first picture shows a swimming pool, she booked on the basis! 😞 The hotel doesn’t have a pool! Very misleading. Bedding was stained and view of car park full of junk and rubbish.
