Best hotel I have ever stayed at. We were greeted by the GM, super kind and considerate man. Staff amazing, service amazing. Location perfect. Rooms and general state of repair extremely high. Pool area, amazing. Just brilliant. Highly, highly recommended.

The Artyzen Singapore is simply amazing. The design and decor are out of this world. The rooftop pool with a quirky difference (you have to go to experience!) is divine. I loved everything about this hotel.

Great new hotel in walking proximity to Orchard Road. Rooftop pool is very nice and overall hotel design is beautiful. However, as this is a new hotel that recently opened in late 2023 there are some teething issues that need to be addressed. One of the lifts were not working, upon checking in we were told that breakfast was not included in our booking when it clearly was. This was rectified promptly the following day.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby was a bit small. Food in their cafe has high standards. Amenities provided was also 5 stars hotel quality. Room was exquisitely decorated. It was a 5 -7 mins walk to Orchard Road. There was a construction site right next to the hotel so the noise was irritating and we requested to change the room and afterwards our staff in the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful. Chandeliers. High ceilings. Our hotel room was also beautiful. The high ceilings made the room appear even bigger. The furniture was contemporary and was very much in line with the modern feel of the hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was luxurious. The staff was responsive. Our TV did not function when we first arrived. I called Guest services and will tu in 10 minutes staff had arrived a fixed the TV. I did not like the bed and pillows-too soft. I had to sleep on the firmer lounge. Lots of construction that awakens you at 8 am in the morning. This is not tArtyzen’s fault. The service in first floor cafe was just ok. Staff made multiple errors with my order and other request despite fact there were very few patrons in the restaurant. Would have been nice to have the rooftop restaurant indoors as Singapore is super hot from sunrise to sunset.

I was looking for a great hotel in Singapore with some caracter and warmth. Not easy but found Artyzan and it had All that I was looking for. The room was beautiful and everything worked perfectly. Location is central yet away for Orchard. Loved it and Will definitely come back. 10/10 ❤️

Beautiful hotel , boutique . Amazing pool with incredible views . Service was exemplary and so helpful and friendly . Facilities in room were fantastic and very modern . Walking distance to main shopping area and transport but also amazing courtesy car for short 1.5km trips . Would definitely stay here again .

We stayed at the Artyzen Singapore for a two-night staycation and truly enjoyed the experience. When looking for hotel options for the staycation, our attention was caught by the spacious rooms and unique, yet very tasteful decor. The rooftop pool with unobstructed views of more central Singapore sealed the deal. Everything from the check-in experience to our departure went very smoothly, and the service was friendly and attentive. Details like the turndown service and the option to use the courtesy car added to the luxury. The room was simply one of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in, with a lot of attention to small details. The layout was functional, with a separate entry area that had enough space to keep our luggage tucked away, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, and a spacious living area. With the tall room and ceiling fan, it felt like we were staying in a tropical resort. We were also very satisfied with the sound insulation of the room; outside noise was minimal even though there was construction ongoing next door. While we didn't have time to try any of the food options at the hotel, we enjoyed the pool area multiple times. Considering the hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the bustling Orchard Road, the rooftop area was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a day out. We usually like to try different hotels for our staycations, but Artyzen Singapore is one of the few places we'll gladly return to.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant hotel. Just recently opened and this is a gem of a hotel. Rooftop area with bar and pool is a must. Rooms are lovely with great design and quality. If you are fed up with the big brands do try this lovely small hotel. Enjoy !!!

The water system is stupidly designed, it need to wait 5 mins for hot water to come out. Ask the hotel, they said it is normal.

Best location! In the heart of Orchard and walking distance to malls. Quiet and accessible, amazing staff. Warm welcome on arrival too! Definitely recommended for tourist or staycation for family👍👍👍
