This exclusively furnished flat fascinates with its space, combining exceptional comfort with extraordinary aesthetics. The interior has been meticulously finished, combining luxury with cosiness to provide you with an unforgettable experience during your stay.
The interior of the flat offers a spacious relaxation area where you can fully unwind and enjoy moments of tranquillity. The suite includes two separate bedrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. A large dining table in the dining area provides the perfect place for communal meals and gatherings. The bathroom, uniquely decorated, provides comfort and functionality at the highest level.
The amazing views from the flat's windows are a unique attraction, delighting guests with their picturesque beauty. In addition, guests have access to a beautiful terrace that will provide an exceptional view.

Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description.
We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard.
On request, we provide a portable baby cot.

We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
