This home is designed for rest and relaxation. Outfitted with classics, from the kitchen equipment to the games, puzzles, books and toys, your family will find plenty of restful and fun activities after your days spent exploring the best the lakeshore has to offer. For a good night's rest, enjoy quality linens and the comfort of Michigan-made Capital mattress in king, queen, twin x2 (the property also includes twin sized high quality sofa sleeper, port-a-cribs and bassinet).
The Village Farmhouse has plenty of onsite free parking, guests are encouraged to turn vehicles around in the back of the property before exiting the driveway. The fully equipped kitchen is bright & inviting and stocked with basic staples. Guests are greeted with fresh flowers (summer & fall) and blueberry muffins, fresh Michigan fruit in season and fully stocked coffee/tea bar.
Relax on the reclining ottoman, comfy couch, sectional or love seat or rock a little one on the farmhouse rocker. Stream your favorite shows on the 55" Roku TV in the living area as well as smaller TVs in bedrooms. Enjoy puzzling or games at the large dining or coffee tables or lighted outside patio table. Our puzzle choice is White Mountain brand for their ease of completing in a short time and their nostalgic subjects. If you have to bring your work along, a beautiful Colorado live-edge desk and comfortable big/tall chair as well as WIFI is available. Also, challenge friends and family to a game of basketball, foosball, or over 60 classic 1980's games on our arcade cocktail table.

Our visit to this home was perfect! The house is perfectly situated close to Grand Haven and near shops and restaurants in Spring Lake. The host was so helpful with everything we needed and truly thought of everything a family would need to feel comfortable. Lots of room to spread out, amazing back yard and the hot tub was a huge hit. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

We stayed for only a weekend to visit Grand Haven and play golf, but this house was perfect - beautiful property, walking distance to a number of fun things to do in Spring Lake, and the hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and took great care of the home and surrounding property. Every time we go back, we will try to stay here again first.

Sherry from day one was an amazing host! Very attentive and thoughtful and super nice. The house was immaculate and picture perfect. The design of the home was beautiful in every area looked like it was out of a magazine. The beds were clean and comfy like a 5 star hotel, the house was very family friendly with a basketball hoop for my older kids and little play area for my little kids. The hot tub was a nice amenity as well! Not too far from the beach and downtown. I will definitely book again next time we are in Grand Haven!

Home is exactly as pictured. Everything is updated and very clean. Backyard was very nice with new hot tub, fire table and covered eating area. Home is very well maintained and host was very responsive and checked in midweek to make sure everything was okay. Home is close to local churches, library, restaurants and the Lakeshore trail - great for walking, running & biking. Just minutes (driving) from Grand Haven State Park and Lake Michigan. Highly recommend this home to anyone considering a West Michigan get away!

Beautiful very clean home with comfortable beds. The location was very convenient, close to many attractions including the beach. Loved the landscaping, we didn't have time to use the jacuzzi because our local friends kept us very busy but we did have 1 night we relaxed for a bit around the firepit. Sherry did a wonderful job decorating the house perfectly. Everything was thought of even the breakfast items that were left for our 1st morning. Everything was wicked awesome!! ๐๐๐๐๐

This is by far the best vacation rental house I have stayed at. It is in a great location, it looks like it is a new house, it is clean, and some of the details are amazing. For example, the drawers in the kitchen are labeled so you know where to put dishes/utensils, etc., but the labels aren't plastered all over the place, they are put in discreet places like on the top of the drawer. There is plenty of room in the house (we had a group of 5) so you will not feel cramped! The communication from the owners was amazing, if you have a question they are quick to respond! I would definitely stay here again.
