These beautiful sister homes are ready to show your group a one-of-a-kind escape. Just 30 minutes outside central Charleston and the French Quarter, you’ll be just a 10-minute walk to the Isle of Palms Beach. And with Sawyer’s gorgeous outdoor pool area and Jessamine’s charming back deck and lawn, there are plenty of ways to stay relaxed and entertained at home.
Offering a total of 9 bedrooms, each home comes with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and outdoor area. You’ll find a bunk room perfect for kids at Sawyer and a pool table and dual living rooms at Jessamine. Both spaces boast modern yet earthy design, curated decor, and thoughtful touches to ensure you have everything you need to feel at home.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with 16 girls. The location was great - 5 minute walk to center with Harris Teeter, liquor store, coffee shop, sandwich shop & restaurant. You could also walk to the beach quickly and the walk to the bars was about 15 minutes! The houses were very clean and everything was explained & set up nicely! I checked in around 8pm and had an issue with the door code, but I had no trouble getting in contact with the property management company and they gave me a new code right away. I definitely recommend staying here!
Note for the property managers/owners: we loved it! just a few things we noticed - the houses appear to be connected by the pool in the photos. They are obviously right next door, but we were under the impression they were back to back. The outlets in the downstairs rooms in Jessamine didn't work. I didn't see anywhere on your listing that you have pool/beach towels so we brought our own. Might want to specify that in the listing for future groups. The listing includes the garage, which is not included in the rental.
I know the listing mentioned that service providers may be at the houses during our stay to clean the pool/landscape, but they were there everyday - maybe provide your guests with a schedule of when they will be there? Again, it wasn't a problem at all, they didn't bother us! But some of the girls got scared when they heard noises and looked outside and saw random men walking through the yard so just wanted to mention.

The property was great for our group of friends. The location was walking distance to the grocery store and a few coffee shops as well as the beach. AvantStay was quick to communicate. We’d stay here again!

We had a great vacation at this location. We stayed at both homes, the extra amenities were a plus.

The properties were great for an 8 person guys trip. Very nice, clean houses with a great layout for hanging out. Too cold to use the pool while we were there but a great addition to have.
