This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Absolutely stunning, and so many fun things to do on the property.

Despite above-100F temperatures, we had an amazing time at this property. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you MJ and team!

We came here with a family of 12 - 7 adults (aged 40-80) and 5 kids (aged 5-10). The property is just breathtaking. The pool is huge and the kids had such a blast swimming in it. The lake was very nice but I would not recommend swimming in it - nor using the slide, it didn’t look super clean, but the paddle boats were very fun. We played tennis, basketball, swam, bbq, made smores - it was the perfect trip. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked - best I’ve ever seen. Everything to cook full meals. Easy delivery from
Grocery stores. The bedrooms are spacious but two in particular (kids room and office can get quite hot- ventilation isn’t great). They are looking into fixing this and getting sky light covers I think on the office as well. Mj is by far the most communicative, highly engaged property manager I’ve ever worked with and we have stayed in dozens of rentals. She made the stay - she really did ! Highly recommend.

We were excited by the pictures and listing of amenities, but the pictures don't truly capture how incredible this estate really is. We hosted a small gathering of friends from the wine country and EVERY GUEST was blown away by this property. We will definitely visit again and MJ was an amazing host and responded immediately via text with every question we had.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself; very comfortable bedrooms with very nice linens, a kitchen with everything you need to cook a magnificent meal and/or the space if you want to bring in a chef, and not to mention there are more activities (swimming, fishing, bocce ball, basketball, pickle ball) than you’ll have time for. Don’t forget to spend time in the wine cave & reserve time to enjoy the grounds walking around to all the amazing little spots with breath taking views of the vineyards. The host & grounds manager were fantastic!

The above title often turns out NOT so when I have arrived at a vrbo destination. So I will spare the many words and just say look at the photos of this property. The combination of elegance, functionality, and FUN is purely over the top. Bring, kids, grandparents, friends . . . maybe even people you do not like -- they will ALL leave with memories not to be soon forgotten.
The sleeping facilities, the kitchen and numerous dining areas both in and outside the house are incredible. Basketball, tennis, kayaking. If you are a swimmer the pool is a real lap pool, while at the same time perfect for those you just want to float around.
The waterslide and its fun factor MUST be seen and used to be believed. I wish I could attach pics of the faces of kids and adults alike. The raft / trampoline in mid-pond incredible.
Spend the money and go for as many days as you can.
I wonder were there a few more than twelve of you sleeping, the house could definitely accommodate more than that number. I wonder if the owner might allow more especially if they are kids.
MAGNIFICEN, . . . GO!!

The house and property are beautiful, and they've got everything. All of that stuff in the listing --- from the pool to the pond, trampolines, tennis, and water slide (really!) --- it's all there, and it all works, all in great condition. The whole family had a great time.

Wonderful private and peaceful setting with a ton to do on-site. We couldn’t even take advantage of all the available activities in a weekend, but the fire pit and water slide (with running water!) were especially popular. The kids also loved the game room and the fish, frogs, and lizards running around. This was the nicest home pool and spa we’ve found: large, clean, good temperature, lots of floaties, and comfy seating with a nice mix of sun and shade. The interior of the house was better than we expected from the photos. Hosts were excellent: communicative, helpful, and very apologetic about one thing that couldn’t be repaired in time for our arrival. Do keep in mind that town and groceries are a trek, but there is an extra fridge to hold all your supplies. Absolutely hope to be back!

The property was absolutely perfect. Great house on the side of a hill overlooking Sonoma Valley, and surrounded by grape vineyards, oak trees, and beauty as far as the eye can see. Perfect house - we never needed to leave because everything we needed for a great weekend was on the property. Awesome pool, bocce ball court, great pond with stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Absolutely perfect weekend retreat!

This gorgeous property has it all and even more. So much to do! Or just relax poolside. Exceeded expectations!

Only reason I gave a 4 on "accuracy of online listing" is that the lake was drained for our stay to build a dock and we were expecting a full lake. The property manager tells me this will be all back to normal soon. Otherwise, everything else was as listed.

I had my 50th birthday party there. All the guests were amazed about how great the property was. The water slide was particularly popular. Amber, the property manager, is extremely responsive to any and all issues. Spero, the owner, was extremely accommodating and flexible. I can't recommend the place enough.

We had a wonderful time at this property - the pool, lake, waterslide, tennis court and amazing grounds are a total blast and ensure that no one can possibly be bored! The house had everything we needed (very spacious and comfortable for a group of 12), and whenever we had questions, the owner was incredibly fast to respond and make sure everything was Ok. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Great property. Extremely well stock with everything you need. Pool and all outdoor activities are amazing! Tons for kids to do!

We had a great time at this large Sonoma home and estate over Thanksgiving. The house is fully loaded with games, equipment, activities, and all you need to host a family dinner! The host was very responsive and took the time to address any questions or issues that came up. We loved the sauna, grill, game room, big family room, bocce court and the boats and pond with trampoline (even in November!) We didn't actually swim, but we made us of everything regardless! Thank you to our host, and we hope to come back again next year!

We loved our stay - the pool and the pond were so fun for the kids. We spent most of our time outdoors. Perfect for an extended family getaway.

This property features so many active areas from the pool, basketball/tennis courts, to the lake and lawn areas.. we were thoroughly pleased with our accommodations and found the owner to be very flexible and easy to reach! Thank you Tres Ninas for a lovely time!!

Even the surrounding wineries couldn’t get us away from this place for the weekend, really no reason to leave- so much fun! Fire pit and comfy lounge chairs were a hit! Only feedback is the spotty WiFi that affected our surround sound and wish the hot tub could get hotter. So enjoyable though! The host even threw in a welcome basket of wine and olive oil - nice touch!!

Spero and Amber made us feel very welcome at this special home, thank you!! We had a wonderful time swimming and really enjoyed the outdoor amenities and fire pit. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful house and great communication with owner/manager.

This was a heavenly place for our family reunion of 11 people ages 11-89. There was so much to do, we skipped some of the local sightseeing, just to maximize the fun. Spero was an excellent proprietor and answered any and all questions promptly.

Fully stocked property! We had a great time!

The house, the grounds, and the host were amazing! My company hosted a retreat for our management team and it was the absolute perfect place to chill, bond, and enjoy the surroundings!! The amenities, like the wine cave, added great touches to an already incredible experience.

Our second time at this property for a friendsgiving get together. Spero is great and this estate is perfect for some time away with friends and family!

Rented this place for 5 days for a big birthday celebration with my family of 10. The place was beyond my expectations. It was like finding ourselves at a 5 star resort by ourselves. There were more activities than we could use even though we never left the property. My daughter, son in law and grandsons used the tennis court everyday. We all enjoyed the thrill of the waterslide and lake trampoline . Regular kayaking and paddleboarding and swimming (in the lake and pool) and hot tub. My dog loved roaming the grounds and swimming in the lake. She has been suffering the worst withdrawal since we have come home. The house was totally equipped with every appliance one could want. One night we had a caterer come in and she said it was the best kitchen she had ever been in. Oh, and the classic pool table provided us with many fun family hours. I wish we could stay here every year or at least go back again. I've stayed in lots of VRBO properties and this one is clearly the best. And Spero was easy to work with and immediately responsive to any problems that arose. Thank you for sharing your house with us Spero.

The place was amazing and full of activities for everyone of all ages!!

We had a group of 10+ friends, and this was the best weekends of our lives. I proposed to my girlfriend in the private vineyard. The pictures don't do it justice. Loved the grill, hot tub, pool, fire pit, pool table, tennis court. Got food catered in, didn't need to leave the property for the full 2 days. The housekeeper, Amber, is absolutely amazing and played a huge role in helping setup the venue for the proposal.

A very special place that afforded my family anything that they could possibly choose to do over a very short weekend's stay.
The grounds .. gorgeous, the kitchen and all of the amenities , so well equipped..
A wonderful weekend for all.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is lovely and the grounds are laid out well. It has just about everything you want for fun. The only thing is that it was needing grounds maintenance and the house, pool and grounds could use a bit of maintenance and cleaning. We assumed that there would be sports equipment there which there was but piled in sheds or left out and beat up a bit. Hot tub was great. Firepit and patio furniture were great and very much fun to use. Some of the outdoor equipment and facilities were not readily usable. It seemed like they were used hard and have not been maintained or checked for a while. For the money, it could have been cleaner. We were charged a $499 professional cleaning fee which was high given the cleanliness of the place. The floors were not very clean upon arrival, a bit dusty in the bedrooms as well. We washed all the pans and serving bowls before using them as well. The lake was not well tended: trampoline had broken steps so you could only get on by climbing off the paddleboards, kayaks and other toys were left out like someone just used them and walked away so filled with rainwater and dirt so all of them had to be fixed in some ay to use. The bocci ball court was not usable. It was hardened and had holes in it. Tried to find a rake to maybe loosen it but could not. Could not get lights to work on the stairwell to the court and lake and some outdoor lights by the patio. I was told the lake had some algae in it but it was overgrown with weeds. It has a very nice beach by the lake. The pool was not very clean and we scooped out some frogs, leaves, and bugs to take our plunges. For the money and given that this is a large group house, the cooking pans could be a bit bigger and a bit nicer. Lots of dishes so that was great. I felt like it was an offseason experience but at high season prices, unfortunately. I would go back but would bring a food processor, swisher, big pots and pans, be more clear on the usability of the amenities. Also extra pillow cases in case you want to use more pillows.

This house and property were simply amazing. The level of detail that has gone into the grounds, lake, pool, grill, waterslide, and house is simply astounding. We absolutely loved the house and Spero is amazing to work with. We will definitely be back !!!

Our group of 3 families with elementary school aged kids had a wonderful time here. Everything was as good or better than the pictures, and there were so many thoughtful details throughout that made the stay extra special: ample floaties with electric pumps, tons of balls, rackets, etc., all the kitchen appliances you could need, etc. The house manager was terrific as well.
2.5
We had a group of 12 extended family members here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The house is large, very comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with just about every appliance or gadget you may need. We didn't leave the place the whole week and cooked all our meals there. The property is fun for all ages. We swam in the large heated pool, used the water slide over and over, swam in the lake, kayaked in the lake, played tennis, played bocce ball, played basketball, jumped on the land trampoline and the lake trampoline, played ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. We BBQ'd outside, made homemade pizzas in the pizza oven, made s'mores at the fire pit, sat in the large jacuzzi, the list is endless. The setting is gorgeous with surrounding nature and vineyards and complete privacy. The place comes fully stocked with beach towels, pool floaties, goggles, sunscreen, tennis rackets, an assortment of balls, etc. We even had a partial day without power due to PG&E maintenance, but Spero was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately. He sent someone out to turn on the generator for the property! I really cannot think of anything bad to say. It was a great week and I highly recommend it!

This property is more beautiful in person than in the photos.
OUTDOORS - The pool deck is fabulous for relaxing with a large group since there is plenty of seating around the firepit and the multiple outdoor tables are huge. The pool was great, and the hot tub a huge hit for kids and adults. The water slide was a fun gimmick but most of us only did a couple slides because 'pond water-eh' and the mud. The kayaks and boat were wonderful, with fishing poles available in the shed. There are tons of other activities - bocce balls, tennis, frisbee golf, bikes onsite, etc. INDOORS-the kitchen and living space is much more spacious than pictured. We could all comfortably be in the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is also fabulously stocked with anything you'd need including insulated cups for the pool deck. The furnishings are a little dated but you won't spend much time indoors!

I was so impressed with this place! I met Spero upon arrival and he walked around showing me how to turn every amenity on/off! This home has everything and more, for all ages! Pool and hot tub, lake with kayaks and paddle boards, a waterslide, corn hole and bocce, a trampoline, tennis and bball courts, and more! We spent most of our time enjoying the lounge areas outside and had a lovely evening in the wine cellar. I will hands down be renting this place again and can’t wait to go back!

Wow! not only is this an amazing home on a beautiful peice of land, It's clear these owners have really put some thought into every detail. We were so impressed by the amount of toys, games sports equipment and the wide variety of activities around us. Our family enjoyed billiards, air hockey, ping pong, fishing, trampoline, tennis, bocce, roller skating, pool time and of course, the water slide. No need to ever leave, really. We hired a chef to come cook dinner and one night even had it served in the wine cave. It was as if we were in Tuscany!

We traveled with 7 adults and 3 kids 8 and under and this was a spectacular house. We’ve rented many places and for us this was our favorite. If we had questions or issues they were dealt with right away. There are games and activities foe the kids, enough space to spread out and all the amenities you need. We cooked all our meals and there wasn’t anything missing or that we wished me had (which never happens to us in the kitchen). We can’t wait to come back.

We had a group of six girlfriends who met in college at UC Davis 48 years ago. We felt like we were staying at a first-class resort. The owner, Spero, is the best "landlord" I've ever had on a rental property. He was simply the best. And his recommendations for nearby services were stellar ... we had Chef Adair come in one night and had Beau Wine Tours take us to Hamel Family Wines and Repris, followed by dinner in Kenwood. I can't recommend this spot any higher ... words just can't begin to describe this phenomenal property!!!
5.0
Property is perfect to get away from the stress of any city great location to visit multiple vineyards in a 2-3 day time span. We wished we would of had more time to spend on property to enjoy all the amenities. The outdoor area around the pool was the perfect evening setting for fellowship with are group of 12 if there was any reason to complain the lake was a little disappointing because there was an issue with the fountain circulating the water properly BUT there was so much to do on property we really didn’t miss the opportunity. Pool and hot tub were spectacular. Wine cellar great touch!
4.0
This is a magnificent property with numerous activities and we had a fabulous time there. Unfortunately, we rented the property at a time the owners were buying out a partner and were not told of the many things that were broken before we got to the property. The ownership or manager would not return a signed copy of the lease. The property is in need of maintenance and the manager offered an unsolicited credit because so many things were broken such as the hot tub, pool cover, outside cushions required major cleaning on our part, the games in the rec room, such as air hockey were broken, very few of the windows had screens so sleeping upstairs was very difficult and it was only about 75 degrees during our stay. The slide also was broken but usable with a hose.
Again, a magnificent property but I wish I had been told things were not working before we got there. I would go back if things were fixed. When you are paying these dollars, a credit doesn’t make it when you know something is not working.
5.0
This phenomenal property was the perfect place for a family gathering with ages spanning 3 - 70 years of age! The activities on the premises kept everyone entertained and having fun the whole time we were there. Where else can you go swimming, hot tubbing, boating, play tennis, pickle ball or basketball, horseshoes, bocce ball and see all kinds of wildlife every day and every night. I said it before that this property is beyond perfect for any gathering of family and friends!
