Lovely clean excellent venue close to town.

Fresh clean and new. Great facilities.

The fact that the restaurant was an independent business which meant that breakfast was not fully covered by by the booking price as expected.

Comfortable, good value and met my expectations

Location was decent and walkable into Napa. I found the bed very comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel is on quite a busy intersection of roads and there was quite a lot of traffic around

The room was great. Spacious, newly renovated and very comfortable. It is a 30 min walk to Napa downtown, but there is a shopping centre with everything you need right across the road. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s great value for money in the area.

Value for money. The location is also ideal. We were able to drive to the wineries from the hotel.

The walls are kinda thin. Can hear people talking in the next room.

It was ok, but I would call for any construction/activities before booking

The staff members were nice and very attentive. Location was good and easy to walk around to grab food, groceries shop etc. It's also a short drive to the main street and the street is not too busy or loud.

The gym and laundry rooms were under construction. The staff members did warn us of the situation, but the noises are still there. We were given a $10 voucher per guest for breakfast, but it didn't even cover a decent meal if you expect free breakfast. The voucher only works for select orders, but we still have sufficient options...just have to add another $20 more or so for a decent meal of eggs, ham/sausages, bread and juice plus tips.

We loved the hotel and the area. Not too close to town to be noisy. Just right

clean and private freshly decorated there’s a trail by the river so you can walk the 1 1/2 miles into town

The property had just been renovated. It was good and pretty clean. Spacious as well.

I heard early in the morning that there was someone cleaning in the hallway or in other rooms, probably around 9 in the morning. I was awakened by it but other than that, it was pretty good.

It was nice but not even close to as cool as the best western plus we stayed at in Oregon.

It was clean and pretty in the room and located in napa.

The lobby had nothing special, the grounds had nothing special and no view.

Big, clean and comfortable room!

Spotlessly clean room! Very comfortable bed and pillows (it was very difficult to get out of bed and check out on a rainy day). Big and clean bathroom, soft white towels (as well as the bed linen) and equipped with the essentials for those who don't take anything from home. For the price, a breakfast could be included and improve what is already very good. But we would definitely return!

The girl who checked us in didn't seem very happy with her job and was not friendly at all, so that's our only negative of the whole experience.
