Great apartment for a short stay

Clean and tidy apartment. Well located

By trying to fit more into the apartment it made it a little cramped. (Double bed in a small room, it fitted but wasn’t easy to walk around)

Our stay was pleasant and perfect for what we needed.

I liked the modern decor and how easy it was to access. The only thing I would say is the building itself was really warm and through the night we woke up really hot but part from that it was amazing!

Das Bett war ok, das Bad war groß genug, die Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet.

Das Schlafsofa war alt, ausgeleiert und sehr unbequem. Die Kissenbezüge waren nicht neu, hatten Haare und Flecken. Die Betten sahen generell nicht aus, wie frisch bezogen. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Dadurch war es zu heiß und stickig in der Wohnung.

Great value trendy stay in the city

Loved the location! Just a short walk from centre, the university, and Albert Dock. Modern decor, well styled, and comfortable beds. Excellent value. A (luxe) home away from home and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I requested an invoice several times following my stay. This request was ignored, which wasn’t ideal for a business stay. Rooms not available at time specified, with a huddle of people waiting outside the building. Some damage to internal wall.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work and then the fans were provided however, no where to plug them in except at the bedside table. An extension lead would be helpful.

Really satisfied with the flat

The location was very helpful and the people that I contacted to do the check in was very good and kind.

I would improve the sofa bed is a little old and need to be fixed other thing that the flat needs is more cookware because don't have enough pots and pan. But the rest of one I don't have any complaints. Really we enjoyed there. The Internet working properly and we rest nice after all day seeing liverpool.

I would definitely recommend the accommodation, great value for money and the location was perfect.

Ample space for all of us and beautifully furnished. Location is excellent, short walking distance to Liverpool One and the Docks and lots of amenities nearby. Check in and check out was flawless. Will be staying here again.

Surprised to find that our apartment didn’t have a dishwasher however the rest of the facilities in the kitchen were more than adequate.

Great family stay!

Perfect for a little family night away, ideal with a kitchen a lounge space to relax.

It is a little further to walk with little legs but if you know Liverpool it’s not too bad at all.

Fantastic except for A/C.

Spacious, comfortable, great location and great value. Loved having full kitchen for a week long stay. Would have given this 10 rating except for the fan / A/C issue.

Hotel was all you could ask for, except the A/C does not work. Asked hotel staff 3 times for a fan. They brought in maintenance the first morning and then zero communication on when it would be fixed. Asked for a fan and got a heater. In a week, the A/C was not fixed, no fan brought, even though 3 different people said they would bring one. If it were summer, it would have been unbearable. Luckily, it was a cool week for the most part

Spare bed in the sitting room was hard to pull out and the frame was actually damaged/broken. Toilet didn't flush properly so with kids it was a nightmare, luckily we were only staying 1 night.

Disappointing.

Cleanliness

Heating wasn’t working. Shower broken and unusable. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed if I could have taken a shower. No tea towel to dry pots. No lighting in 2nd shower. No hand wash in bathrooms. Not enough coat hangers/missing. No scissors in cutlery drawer.

Very modern, well equipped and clean apartment

Very clean and well presented apartment. Excellent bathroom and shower with plenty of towels! Well equipped for our 1 night stay. Sofa bed in the lounge was a bonus for an afternoon nap in front of the tv. T

The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t a plug and mirror together for me to dry my hair but other than that not would definitely book again.

Great if you just want a bed for the the night

It was somewhere to sleep we didn’t spend much time in the room.

It had everything and was nicely done.

Bed settee was very small it’s only designed for one person. The bed linen wasn’t clean. Lots of dark hairs over the sheets and pillar cases.

Poor value for money

Location was suitable

Toilet flush was faulty upon arrival - raised to the apartment via message and they were unable to help. It was intermittent so it managed to flush after ten minutes on this occasion but it happened several times during the stay and the period where we couldn't flush grew longer. In the morning it did not flush at all which was really inconvenient The property was very worn down with noticeable wear and tear - stains, scuffs everywhere. There was a bin in the kitchen which had been severely damaged and taped up, this shows the level of care for the property when it would cost £10 to replace? The window in kitchen does not shut - safety concern Bedroom is incredibly small We raised our concerns during our stay and the property failed to address these. We raised them further following our stay and again further failed to rectify this More than happy for the apartment to reach out to me to try and resolve this

Good for value centrally place property in Liverpool

The property is centrally located and very near to Liverpool’s high street, train station and waterfronts, there is a bedroom and kitchen / living area (albeit the latter is down a flight of stairs)

It was very cold despite increasing the temperature on the thermostat and one of the chairs had a wonky leg There is no breakfast as it is rented workhouse but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance
