If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and the feeling of a home away from home for a group of up to 12, this is the place! These modern, pet-friendly condos are perfect for a friend’s or family getaway in one of the most admired locations in Mexico City, La Roma. It’s a short distance away from La Condesa, the Chapultepec Castle and Park, the Zoo, the Museum of Anthropology, the Museum of Modern Art, and the famous Angel of Independence, just to name a few! The main spaces of the 100 sq m, 1st floor & 3rd floor condos:
- The LIVING ROOMS have comfortable seating facing a wall-mounted SMART TV, plus, each unit offers an office desk and chair for the remote worker or student.
- The 1st-floor unit has a private OUTDOOR SITTING AREA creating the ideal place for having good conversations and making plans with the group.
- Well-equipped KITCHENS to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. Both units offer dining tables for enjoying sit-down meals at home.
- The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink.
- Each condo (Unit 302 & Unit 604) has 3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests (12 total) as such:
BEDROOM 1: King bed
BEDROOM 2: 2 Single beds
BEDROOM 3: Double bed
- Ensuite WASHER & DRYER
Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
