Situated at the harbor end of town, this home is a mere ten-minute stroll or a quick five-minute drive into Whangamata. Enjoy the best of both worlds – proximity to the vibrant town and the serenity of the estuary right at your doorstep.
The upper level has a kitchen, dining, and lounge area, seamlessly flowing onto both front and rear decks. The front deck treats you to picturesque views of the estuary, while the back deck provides a sheltered and private retreat. With parking for up to two cars, convenience is at your fingertips.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms - one with a King bed and another with two comfortable single beds, accompanied by a well-appointed bathroom. Downstairs offers a private bedroom with a queen bed, plus a bunk room with 2x sets of bunks - one is a single over double, and the other is a single over single.
A second bathroom and a laundry area add to the functionality of the space.
