古い歴史的な家がホテルだった。清潔感がありました。

トイレへ行く引き戸が大変重く　若くないと大変だと思いました。　昼も夜もこのレストランホテルで食べましたが　想像よりは美味しくなく高く　観光客値段だと思いました。３５回ハンガリーへ行ってますので　もっと美味しいレストランや家庭でハンガリー料理を食べました。お値段からすると　ちょっと残念。タクシーを呼んで頂きましたが　倍の値段を要求されました。これは禁物です。

Lovely peaceful retreat near tourist attractions

We loved being in the beautiful area on top of the hill within easy walking distance of Buda Castle and the Fisherman’s Bastion. Breakfast was great, in a charming dining room and went conveniently until 11:00. The staff members were kind and efficient and helped us book a Danube cruise and a train. Wonderful refuge!

The jacuzzi tub in our room was very nice, but lacked bath products. The toilet was almost in the bedroom and lacked privacy. We ordered cappuccinos in the morning but I would have liked easier access to coffee.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem familiären Hotel mit Niveau in perfekter Lage

Das Hotel-Team ist Klasse, nett, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sehr gutes Essen Lage !

Alles super. (eine bessere Verdunklung bei Fenstern in Mansardenzimmern wäre evtl wünschenswert, aber war wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit)

Wir hatten dank der wunderschönen Unterkunft eine tolle Zeit in Budapest.

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Gebäude, tolle Zimmerausstattung und leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und vielseitig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Lovely location with great staff and exceptional food

The breakfast options were great and very fresh. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful especially the restaurant staff. We ate in the bistro two of the evenings of our stay and the food was exceptional. We loved the location, very quiet and scenic. We would definitely stay there again without a doubt

Chilling in Buda

Maison Bistro & Hotel is well located within the Buda district. Easy to hang out from the Hotel to the Castle. 10 min walking distance from metro or tramway to go to Pest. In addition, Breakfast is also a must!

Really happy to have found this gem, we are already planning our next stay!

What a nice surprise! This small hotel was charming and located in Buda within the castle district, just a couple of hundred meters from the Matthias Church, the Fisherman's Bastion, and the castle proper. If you like being close to the action, but like to retire at the end of the day to a laid-back, calm and quiet location, this is a great place to do so. A few minutes walk takes you to anywhere you want to go in and around the Buda Castle. Getting down to the Danube is a snap, with many delightful trails down to the trams on the riverside, or the 16 and 16A bus runs every few minutes, which is great at the end of the day when you just want to get back to the hotel after a day of enjoying all Budapest has to offer. Its a small hotel, pleasantly furnished, with a front that completely opens from the bistro area directly to the sidewalk. After the bistro area is a wonderful inner court that serves as an outdoor relaxing area for the 6 or 7 rooms located on the ground floor. Manicured potted bushed and lavender line this courtyard and separate each room's outdoor area, which has a table and two chairs for each room. We stayed in the Home Suite. A large and comfortable king size bed, a desk, 2 lounge chairs with table rounded out the "living area". There was also a standard separate room for the toilet facilities, separate shower (with L'occitane shower gel and shampoo), and a separate sink/vanity area that also was home to a two-person hot tub! Overall, one of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in. Ever. We woke up every morning eager for the great breakfasts that the staff at Maison had ready for us. Not only was there a generous offering of ham, salamis, cheeses, breads and croissants, fruits and yogurt, fresh juices. But they also offer you a choice of 5 hot dishes from the breakfast menu.

No sunset beach view... ;)

Nothing to dislike. Excellent location in old Buda near the castle. Best hotel bed and bedding I've ever had, food very good and good transport links and a lovely room If I return to Budapest then I would definitely come here again

The only issue for me was the lack of drawers in the room.

Hotel: personnel very well trained, charming rooms (smaller at the attic), clean, quality breakfast. Car parking 25e per day (Castel District) can be paid directly to the reception. Bistro: nice atmosphere, tasty food and good service.

Soundproof is not the best, but it's understandable beeing a house in the historical area.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and the staff provide great attentive service. There were treats in our room on arrival and the breakfast is varied and very tasty. Very happy with our stay in a stunning part of Budapest.
