The first floor begins with 2 off street parking spaces directly in front of the home and a refreshing outdoor shower. Upon entering this serene vacation home, you'll discover a new, full-size washer/dryer, powder room, spacious dining room, well equipped, enlarged kitchen that includes a breakfast bar and opens to a relaxing living room complete with comfortable seating, smart TV and game or additional dining table. Continue outside to the ocean side sun deck with additional dining, lounge space and refreshing ocean breezes. Perfect for quiet relaxation as well as entertaining.
Moving up to the second floor, a full hallway bathroom and King bedroom with TV and sitting area overlooking the ocean awaits as well as two additional bedrooms on that floor separated by an accordion door. One with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.
The new third floor boasts an ocean front bedroom with a queen bed and a pocket door connecting it to the hallway bathroom. Sliders from the bedroom lead to a private deck with expansive ocean views to enjoy the sunrise in the morning, searching for dolphins during the day or star gazing at night while watching the moonlight illuminate the ocean right in front of you. The third floor also incorporates a beautiful 5th bedroom with a queen bed and partial view of Silver Lake.
This lovely home is located off of Chesapeake Street with no houses between your vacation time fun and the ocean. This is the perfect location for both relaxation and fun! You can walk or take the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth or Dewey Beach to enjoy the Boardwalk, entertainment, shopping and some of the finest dining in the area! If fishing is your pleasure, you can cast your line right outside the back door or find a local fishing charter. Perhaps planning a fancy picnic on your very own beach to highlight your own personal celebrations or milestones is an experience worth creating. Enjoy watching outdoor movies and bon fires in Dewey or listen to live outdoor music from the bandstand in Rehoboth. Your exploration can lead you to other local highlights in nearby Lewes, Bethany, Fenwick or Ocean City beaches.
