Fully restored to its former glory, one of the original family homes of the renowned Seawards is now available to anyone who loves Kennebunkport. Seaward Cottage is walking distance to Dock Square and everything Kennebunkport has to offer.
This charming and historic New England cape features a large kitchen with eating island, elegant quartz counter tops, a large dining space, and living room with a stone fireplace on the main floors. There is also a full bath with walk in shower and washer/dryer. The second floor features 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), and a full bath with walk-in shower. The third floor features a large sleeper bonus room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds, and room for more sleeping capacity ( listed as 4th bedroom).
The home has all-new kitchen appliances, full laundry, wifi, central heating and cooling, a covered front porch, a 3-season sun room for relaxing, reading, and a rear deck and large, private back yard for partying and barbecuing. The house sits back on top of a hill with a large driveway for plenty of parking. This is a family owned house since 1945 when the patriarch of the family, Raymond Seaward, returned home from WWII as a decorated war hero. The family recently renovated it with an American theme in honor of their grandfather.

We enjoyed celebrating our sisters 70th birthday here! Awesome accomodations. Easy and safe 10 minute walk to downtown stores and restaurants! Private backyard with gas firepit . Communication and check in flawless.

The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and the thoughtful gift they left for our celebration touched our hearts. The convenience of being within walking distance of the shops and restaurants added to the overall awesomeness of it.
The house provided ample space for both adults and children, making it an ideal family-friendly choice. The recent updates were a nice touch, and my wife was genuinely pleased with my find. We've decided this place will be our go-to spot for our annual Maine getaway.

We had an incredible experience staying at this beautifully maintained house in Kennebunkport, Maine. The beds were unbelievably comfortable – I even tried to find out where they got those super comfy mattresses! The distance to the charming town, with its array of shops and restaurants within walking distance, added to the overall convenience.
The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to a washer and dryer. The thoughtful inclusion of games for the kids made it a family-friendly haven. The cozy couch and recliners provided the perfect relaxation spots.
Every aspect of the house was pristine, making our stay truly enjoyable. We loved it so much that we're already planning our return trip. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay in Kennebunkport!
