We loved our stay. Place is very clean and very convenient location. Being able to just walk down to the river was a plus. It was great experience and definitely will recommend the location and as well book in the future again. Thank you!

My fiance and I took our summer vacation to the sequoias and took a chance on Vrbo, this was our first time using it and we were so pleasantly surprised. The apartment looked 100% exactly like the listing and it felt so spacious for the two of us. We ate meals on the deck and sat near the river in our back yard which was so relaxing. The food nearby is all delicious and we were only 20 minutes from sequoias 198 entrance! The A/C was so nice and fresh especially in the crazy heat! The only con was the stove which we used a lot, it seemed to have a connection issue as all the burners would click while in use. But still worked just fine, you just had to be mindful. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return! The hosts were also kind and very quick to respond which I very much appreciated!

While the rental was comfy and beautiful it is not located privately for 2 you do not have your own access to the water to sit and relax. You do not have your own private drive. The rental is located and connected to businesses right next to the main road. Ol’Buckaroo over looks where you can use the shoreline and water. An adventure rafting business uses the drive and blocks you in when giving safety instructions and having the rafters access the water. In photos and the description leads you to believe this is a quiet individual location; it is not. There are also ants all over in the bathroom. The trees block your view from the deck as well. Would not recommend for any reason but a place to sleep. Casa Mendoza, Sequoia cafe and River View Grill and Bar were all amazing to get food at!

We enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was clean and communication with the manager was very timely. We enjoyed being close to the entrance to the park, but still had to drive 1-2 hours to get to many of the hikes/areas of interest we went to. There is only one parking space per unit (and we had two cars) but we managed by parking one car in the business parking lot above between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. We would just take that car to the parks every day during the restricted parking time in the business lot. The power went out for about twelve hours one evening, but the communication was great with the manager, and this was not their fault at all. Would love to explore more of this area in the future.

This one bedroom unit was a great place to stay for a trip to Sequoia National Park. It had all the basics for a four nights stay. My spouse and I use the kitchen to cook several meals, and also walked to the nearby restaurants. The couch was very comfortable. The deck overlooking the river was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon after exploring the park all day, the owners live somewhere nearby and we’re very responsive to any questions I had. The bed was a little too soft for my liking that is my own personal preference. Parking behind the building may be tight if you have a larger vehicle. We got some fresh ground coffee from the coffee shop in the same plaza and it was delicious.
