Pulling up to this classic style beach home, you will find plenty of parking for your entire party. The front door is step one step up and leads you directly into the spacious and open main living area. Stairs to the upper level are to the right, and to the left and a few steps further puts you by the couch and 2 chairs gathered around the fireplace and large wall mounted flat screen TV. Four large windows make this space bright and inviting. You can relax in front of the fireplace watching a movie, while still seeing the stars at night. For convenience, a powder room is just off the living area. This delightful living space sets the perfect tone for your coastal getaway!
Adjacent to the living area is the updated kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. Whether you're cooking for the family or just whipping up a quick snack, the kitchen offers convenience and style. The breakfast bar with seating for three and the dining table with seating for four ensure ample room for everyone to enjoy meals together.
A sliding door leads from the kitchen & dining area right out to the large back patio with two Adirondack chairs and tons of room for the kids to play. Throw a football around, or just let them run around in this spacious backyard. There is even an outdoor shower if you need to wash off after a day at the beach.
The primary bedroom, conveniently located on the first floor just off the main living area, provides a tranquil oasis. Step into your personal haven featuring a King bed and attached bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliders lead to the large back patio, where you can savor your morning coffee while breathing in the crisp ocean air. For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are discreetly tucked away in the closet of the primary bedroom, making it easy to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.
Venture upstairs to find two additional cozy bedrooms that share a well-appointed hall bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity.
