The open kitchen has everything you need to cook while a gas grill on the deck provides additional options for a summer bbq. The large television in the living area is perfect for movie night or the big game (Spectrum cable and Netflix are included or utilize your own app on the smart tv); a smaller television with cable and movies for the kids is located upstairs.
Covered parking is available for two cars (tandem) next to the garage. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway. Garage access is not available.

Biking/Mountain biking: Both paved and dirt trails galore in an area highly regarded by two-wheel enthusiasts.
Skiing/snowboarding: Less than 30 minutes to Purgatory, one hour to Silverton and two hours to Telluride and Wolf Creek.
Hiking trails abound: as well as opportunities for motorized off-road adventures in the forest or above tree line.
Boating, a giant inflatable obstacle course, swimming area, stand-up paddle boarding and fishing at Lake Nighthorse just two miles outside of town.
The famous Durango-Silverton railroad welcomes families year-round and the amazing cliff dwellings of Mesa Verde National Park are less than an hour away.

The pictures only give a glimpse of this stunning property. It is a well maintained, beautiful and spacious home. It is a perfect setting for a big family with children or a big group of friends. The cabinets were stocked with any cookware you could possibly need to make home cooked meals. It is in the perfect location about 10 minutes away from downtown Durango. Even though the house is great, we spent as much time as possible on the huge balcony. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and it will definitely be my first choice to stay when we come back to Durango.
