Large, open areas, nice space. Clean, easy to find, and great spot!

This home was perfect for our stay. Different levels made it perfect for accommodating different sleep schedules. Little touches, provided by the host, made it so welcoming…..snacks, some kitchen staples (spices, coffee, tea, sugar, bathroom supplies). Beautiful deck/patio on different level with scenic view. Although, we did not have children, would be perfect….safety gat at top of stairs, games, books. Host replied promptly to my questions.

The home was super clean and spacious. We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. Iryna was very supportive and quick to respond. I recommend this place to any large group staying in Kingston.

We have been in the property in June 2024 for 2 nights. The property is very spacious, clean, and beautiful. The Patio is wonderful. Everything we needed was available. We loved being there. The Owner is very polite and generous. The communication between us and the Owner was very good and quick. If I want to go to Kingstone again I prefer to stay there again.

What a great place to accommodate a large group comfortably. We rented the house for our daughter's graduation. Lots of room for everyone young and old.
