Great for big groups work trips boys golf weekend and big families. Walking distance to most things you will need including the local pool and of course arguably Ballarat's best golf course on your doorstep. For dinner Red Door wood fired pizza is the place to go.

This really is just a great location.
Beautiful gardens surround the property with a lovely lawned area as well. The outside undercover area with tv and lights is perfect for those warm summer nights.
Inside on the bottom level you will find a fully equipped kitchen a laundry with washer and dryer. A sunken lounge room and the master bedroom with ensuite.
The top level holds 3 more bedrooms a family bathroom and a second lounge room with 2 sofa beds.
There a 5 tvs through out the house 2 living areas 3 toilets and a big backyard With car parking for 3 cars in the driveway.

The property is on a large block that backs onto walking tracks and the creek so you have direct access but this means the yard is not fully fenced at the rear. Please note that the top lounge room has 2 sofa beds so please let us know if you would like these made up
