Perched among evergreen treetops in the peace and privacy of Kingswood Village, this North Lake Tahoe home offers the ultimate in setting, comfort, and convenience. It's a place for beach-goers, skiers, and golfers to find rest and relaxation in a private hot tub, multiple decks, and a home media and billiard room.
This home enjoys a tranquil forest setting on a dead-end road, where it sits among golden maples, whispering aspens, indigenous Jeffrey pine, and landscaped perennial gardens. There's ample parking (including a two-car garage with an Electric Vehicle charger) and even a kennel for your family dog. As for the immediate area, you'll be an easy drive from Kings Beach (less than two miles), Northstar California Resort (six miles), and an assortment of excellent dining and shopping.
The setting feels idyllic, whether you're listening to the sounds of Griff Creek from the hot tub, barbecuing on the gas grill, or simply admiring the view through walls of windows across the house. Every detail has been carefully considered, including the lofty ceilings, recently installed air conditioning on the top floor, and two spacious decks.
It's a joy to entertain your loved ones in this 3,750-square-foot space, whether you're gathered in front of the gas fireplace, preparing dinner together in the kitchen (complete with double ovens, a gas range, a dishwasher, and other stainless steel appliances), or gathered in the light-filled dining room. At night, take soothing soaks in the hot tub, hold nine-ball tournaments in the billiard room, and stream movies in the great room, the billiard room, the media room, or any one of the bedrooms.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom (with a jetted tub and shower) on the main floor. The other four bedrooms are downstairs, including two with private bathrooms.

Nice, big home, with bedrooms with their own baths. We were a group of 8 and never felt crowded. Well-equipped for cooking. Nice setting in the trees. Close to Kings Beach town, so Safeway is close. Beautiful yard.
