This spacious three-bedroom home on Ann Arbor’s south side is a 20-25 min walk to Michigan Stadium and a quick ride to UM Central Campus & downtown Ann Arbor. With a large backyard deck featuring a built-in gas grill, table seating for 12, and a large grass area for lawn games, it's the perfect spot for any getaway! Plenty of parking on the premises as well as street parking.

Our main level features two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, and an expansive entertaining living and dining area. Our basement, down one full flight of stairs, has one bedroom, one bathroom, our laundry room, and a large living space with a desk and also a pullout couch. In addition to three queen beds, our space features a queen size pullout couch in our basement living area, two suede leather sofas in our main living area, and two queen size air mattresses. Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

Located on a quiet side street off of Ann Arbor-Saline Road, our driveway fits up to two cars. Our garage isn't accessible for guests.

There is also plenty of free street parking on our street, though it usually gets pretty crowded on game days so be sure to get a spot early or the day before!

The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. Enter the unique code we'll provide you the week before your stay begins, and press the CHECK to unlock.

Located on a quiet road in beautiful Ann Arbor, this house is conveniently located between the I-94/Maple Rd junction and downtown Ann Arbor. The house is also directly across the street from the Cranbrook Shopping Center which includes Whole Foods, REI, Blaze Pizza, Pier One Imports, and more. This house also offers immediate proximity to Michigan Stadium and all of the athletic facilities, including Yost Ice Arena, Chrisler Basketball Arena, and the Michigan Baseball Stadium. Downtown Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, the Michigan Hospital, and Kerrytown are only a few minutes away as well.

For public transportation, the house is a 4-minute walk from the Oakbrook + Ann Arbor-Saline bus stop, which offers routes taking you either up Main Street and toward Michigan Stadium or south toward I-94. If you take it north, you can access all of the Ann Arbor, Detroit Metro Airport, and the surrounding areas by transferring at the Blake Transit Center, just a 20-minute bus ride away!

We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the Airbnb app with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the Airbnb app and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
